Came here because I am having problems with my turbo coolant pump not turning on and putting my truck into limp mode. Because my turbo was not currently heat soaked and no check engine light they refused to attach the scanner to my truck. Saying nothing will show up Well I drove 2 miles against my judgement but I needed a scan and the other autozone 2 miles away had no issues running the scan. They ran the scan and sure enough codes came up that I needed. I guess the lady at the first autozone simply didn't want to step outside for 1 minute in this heat so was refusing to work.

I talked to one of the workers there about the rental program for the tools and he was very helpful, but he actually encouraged me to buy my own tools because it's a really good investment and that way you don't have to worry about the tool return deadline. So I went to a different store to buy tools because the tools at AutoZone are a little bit more expensive than other stores.

I went into the store today met a very nice gentleman... I have a Ridgeline truck and I did not know how to check the oil level.. It is not my vehicle.... and at the time I was very anxious to get this done because I had 1% oil life left and I didn't want to be driving around in the car to get the engine worse! The gentleman he looked up the oil prices for me again Very nice and then I asked could he just show me how to check the oil level I didn't ask him to put the oil in he turned around and asked the young lady who was carrying something at the time and she really responded and said no we don't do that we're not mechanics. I think people need to understand they work for the public and without us walking in and asking for service they would not have a job so I decided to go to the competition where I don't have that type of attitude and I just wanted someone to be aware that a coaching needs to be done with all staff especially if they continue to work in the public.
