  If you have read my reviews before I am honest, don’t like drama, and like facts. I just wanted to share my experienced at 1615 E Victory Dr. in Savannah - Autozone. I called there this morning about a battery for my car. Since Emalee answer the phone she was just so pleasant and so helpful. The good customer service experienced started with the phone call. After, I drove to Autozone to get the battery. There were two people ahead of me on the line and another one just came. Emalee was calm, letting every customer know that she was going to get to them soon. Her positive attitude, knowledge and going above and beyond was incredible to watch. She was fast and multitask with a great positive attitude. When it was my turn although she was alone working, she walk out with her cart and battery and installed it, and even did further testing to diagnose and make sure other issues were not there. Then with smile and pleasant personality she went in to look for couple more items I needed to buy and she was just amazing until the end. The demand of the amount of responsibility in her job was there, but she showed grace and control and that was impressive to me. I admire her great customer service skills. If you’re her boss and reading this, she is a keeper, she deserves any advancement in her job. She is a “Wow”! That doesn’t exist anymore. Because of the outstanding service she provided to me, I will go there to purchase again. Thank you Emalee!

  I love Auto Zone! They have always had the best customer service of anywhere I shop. Went today, and Daniel was wonderful!-polite, kind, caring and knowledgeable! Thank you, Daniel!

  Addison was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about cars. He took the time to answer my questions, helped me find exactly what I needed, and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. Great customer service and a positive attitude. Thanks, Addison, for making my AutoZone visit a great experience!

  This store is by far the best AutoZone experience I have ever had. Emalee the manager, was willing to stop her duties to help me immediately find out what was wrong with the code on my car, Christian the technician was assisting someone else but told me to give him a minute and in less than a minute he was under my hood teaching me about my car while he figured the issue out. He was extremely kind and patient, almost felt like family here. Terrell then walked outside to assist Christian and also had a kind word and assisted in finding my issue. I’ve had a bad experience at a different location, and these three have brought me back from the other auto stores to autozone permanently.
