  Great service! The wait at the counter was long but that was because they pushed all rental companies to one counter. Once we got the keys it was effortless and return was a breeze. Our car was clean and ready to go and they even upgraded our vehicle for free.

  Pickup was very easy they help me very quick. The woman help me is very polite and nice. I will diffinately rent Alamo again.

  Makes no sense in filling everything out in advance! They do not do Accelerated check in and you still have to get on line, for half hour which is ridiculous!!

  Easiest rental I've ever experienced. They were quick and efficient and got me in and on my way within minutes. Vehicles were clean, filled with gas and easy to understand

  The worst experience i've ever had with a rental car place. Our flight was delayed. We attempted to call about 8 times before heading to the airport. And every time we called the airport rental number, it was busy. But we had our flight information on our reservation which is what they say to do to ensure you still get your rental. Well we got to the desk at 2am, no one here. I call the 24/7 number and the lady basically says "there is nothing I can do until 8:30am when they open." So we call at 8:30am still dont get anyone at the desk to answer, get routed to customer service who says they've escalated the issue, we will get a call back, but to head there to get the rental. We get there at 9:30am AND STILL NO ONE THERE (picture attached). I call customer service again who basically says there is nothing they can do until a representative sees the issue and responds. So I say well you dont have anyone else working right now or a manager to help with this? She says no she's done all she can do and suggests we wait in the enterprise line (which has 25 people in it) and get a car from them. I said "so likely no one will respond until monday since it's weekend" and she says yes. We wasted money on 3 taxis (2 to get to the hotel last night and 1 for just 1 person to go back to the airport for the rental). And they basically offer $100 to us. By the way it took 1 hour and 15 minutes to get through the enterprise line and get a car so half a day wasted due to rhe negligence of Alamo and we're gonna hear "im so sorry for the inconvenience" it's sure any nothing more. If you take a reservation, you need to have someone there to unsure it gets taken care of. It is not the customers fault for flight delays. Absolutely horrible customer service and how this was handled.
