  Easy check in, straight forward instructions. The car was new, clean and easy to drive. Return was just as easy.

  The speed and ease of picking up the keys to the car in the terminal, the condition of the car and the ease of returning the car all exceeded my expectations.

  Alamo at Savannah/Hilton Head Airport did a great job! A few weeks ago I rented from them and was treated well by the counter agent (I forgot to get her name) The car was clean and ran well. Ezra, who took my return was helpful, friendly and a credit to the Alamo team there. A more pleasant car rental experience than many I have had over the years.

  I flew in graduation weekend. I got there after 10pm and there was a bit of a line. It did take a bit to get the cars because the staff were pulling them up as fast as they could, but they were short-staffed plus Alamo and Enterprise had been rolled into one line. When I returned, the manager asked how long the wait was, and I told him about an hour, but I appreciated people were up that late and still trying to get us all cars. He took a bit off the total, which I did not ask for, but was a really nice gesture.\ The car drove just fine and was nice and clean.
