    Ive only been here a few times and had a problem every single time . Whether its the attitudes from them , watching the managers reprimanding employees in front of customers or they just cant get the parts right . So unprofessional.

    I have a great experience every time I come here. They great you with warm smiles and pleasant voices as you walk through the door and try to help you as quickly as possible. If I'm not able to find any of the things I'm looking for, all I have to do is ask and they happily bring me to where they are or tell me exactly where they are. I have not walked out without having what I need and a smile on my face

    The absolute best advance auto parts store to go to, I’ve never once had an bad experience & def would recommend if you need any auto assistance, the workers there are absolutely amazing & sweet also very very helpful, they were able to help me fix my car within minutes!! Any bad review you see on here is 100% BS the person probably is an Karen or has an stinky personality, this is store is an 100/ 10 I also def recommend the worker Ashley she’s the most reliable & amazing one in there

    I had to visit this store on two recent occasions, and the experience was consistent… consistently poor. On both visits, the cashier was focused on his phone instead of providing proper service, communicating with me through hand gestures to pay or enter my phone number, as if assisting customers was an inconvenience. On one occasion, he even left us waiting while continuing a personal phone call (which everyone could hear), and only returned to assist us in a rushed manner once he finished. He also attempted to speak Spanish, but it was unclear and made the interaction even more uncomfortable. Beyond professionalism, this reflected a clear lack of basic courtesy and respect toward customers. Honestly, the situation was embarrassing to witness in every sense. This occurred on 04/25/2026 at approximately 6:47 PM, with the cashier identified on the receipt as Jeffrey H. This was not a one-time issue, as it happened more than once. It reflects a pattern of poor service and attitude that management should address. Customers deserve basic respect and proper attention.
