  Mr. Tire is a business with a long presence in my area of Sandy Springs. I was looking for an automotive business that would install a customer-supplied car battery and they were glad to do so, and at a very reasonable price. I will be returning for more routine maintenance very soon. And a big shout-out to Mike, the owner, who is very cordial and engaging!

  At about 5:30 p.m. I made an appointment for 6:30pm for my daughter to take her car in to plug a tire. They close at 7pm. They confirmed the appointment. I got a text confirming the appointment. I confirmed that my daughter would just wait there as they plug the tire. The appointment scheduler confirmed that was okay. My daughter arrived at 6:09 p.m.. she was told that it was too late in the day to plug a tire and that sometimes appointments are confirmed without checking if that's okay. IT'S PLUGGING A TIRE! I have done this numerous times myself. It takes 5 minutes and I don't do this everyday. They cannot take 5 minutes, and get paid for those 5 minutes, to plug a tire? Is the American way THAT dead? Holy crap this is pathetic.

  I have pre-order two tires. They gave me an appointment for 10 AM. I got there at 9:30 just for them to tell me that my tires was not in the facility. They had to order it for it could arrive at 1 PM in the afternoon so I can send to it. They said they’ll be calling me when the tires will arrive. Apparently it was 2:30 in the afternoon, nobody called me. I called the facility and they indicated to me that the truck is running Delay then it should arrive within the next 45 minutes I said OK they call me at 5:30 PM indicating that the two tires had arrived so I drove to the facility just for them to tell me they could not install my two tires due to the fact, there was nobody there to install the tires so I took them to go to another facility apparently, the other facility when I got there 6 PM indicated I could not purchase tires from another Facility to bring for the coin install so I decided to go back to Mr. tire now they wanted to charge me apparently $95. I just don’t see why if I already I paid for the tires and for the balancing due to the fact they charge me an extra $95 I refuse. I am very dissatisfied with the service. I’m just hoping no one else is going through this.
