  I’ve been getting a run around all week about a slow leak. I’ve stopped at four different shops (including this one earlier this week). Basically on a rainy day, they were able to patch me up and get me back on the road. Rod at the front desk, as well as the other service techs were patient and professional. This should be the standard but it’s rare.

  Couldn’t get anyone on the phone who could tell me if the Sandy springs store had tires that fit my car and prices. Just a girl in a call center working off a script.

  Mr. Tire has a level of integrity that’s hard to find these days. I went to several other shops first, and they were quoting me $600–$700 for repairs after diagnosing what they said was a serious problem. When I brought my car to Mr. Tire, they inspected it thoroughly and told me there was actually nothing wrong. They could have easily sold me an expensive repair like the other places tried to, but instead they were honest and didn’t charge me a dime. That kind of honesty saved me hundreds of dollars and earned my trust. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a shop that puts integrity before profit.
