  Today I realized you have to go through an automated call center to schedule a simple tire repair issue. I went through the call center and they said they had an appointment at noon that day. When my wife arrived, they said that they would not have accepted an appointment and that they did not have time. They said if she was willing to leave the car they would fit her in. After about 2-hours, we checked back and they said that her car would be next. About an hour later we showed up and they had not even started the car. Again, all we needed was a plug and to inflate the tire! This place has never been the same since it was a Goodwrench dealer; it’s the last time for us.

  Mr. Tires did an excellent job on my vehicle. I assumed right after leaving that something was amiss. So I called and informed them that I would be taking my car to the dealership to make sure everything was done correctly. And it was. Landmark informed me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the work they did. My sincere apologies to Nick and staff. Thank you and I’ll definitely recommend you
