  I’ve rented from Enterprise for years and usually have a great experience, so this was disappointing. Our rental wouldn’t start, leaving my three kids and me. The tow company AND Enterprise’s own customer service both told this branch to do a simple vehicle swap, and there was confirmation the tow was already en route. This location still refused to swap the car until the tow physically pulled into their lot. I stayed calm the whole time, but the rep was completely nonchalant and acted like I was bothering them by waiting even though they’d given me no other option. After being stranded with my kids and getting nowhere, I finally got fed up and started calling around to other Enterprise branches myself. Another location nearby got it done seamlessly no drama, no runaround, just the simple swap this branch refused to do for hours. That contrast says it all. This wasn’t an Enterprise problem; it was this location. I still recommend Enterprise as a company, but I’d avoid this specific branch.

  I called and they told me that they had a car, the model, and the price. I double-checked and asked again, and they reconfirmed that they had a car. I went there, and they had no car available. The guys at the front desk were nice, though

  This rental was originally for a local move. Ralston was wonderful to help get the best truck for the move. The last portion of the rental was for a family emergency. Enterprise was wonderful to work with allowing me to keep the rental and safely get it checked in while I was out of state at a branch in Beckley WV. It has been a difficult few weeks, but Enterprise came through and made - at least that portion - more bearable. I will definitely be back as I have since 2002!

  I want to preface this review by saying Ive rented with this exact Enterprise before and had no problems. However this time I was disappointed with my rental experience. The car I received was very dirty and had grit/dirt all inside the console/seats/arm rests. The wheel and arm rests were very sticky. I was in rush so I just accepted the car as is. I ended up having to wipe the car down inside. The enterprise workers are very pleasant and I just didnt have the time to have this addressed.
