  What a terrible experience with this office - it started with a dirty car and went downhill from there. Buyer Beware - I noted a dent and a scratch on the SUV and the agent pretended to note on his tablet. When I arrive in Tennessee no notes on the dent & scratch and they filed a damage claim against me. I was able to prove to my insurance company I did not cause the damages because I had time stamped photos before I picked up the car. I wonder how many have had this experience and had not been able to prove what happened. Terrible customer service- never using this office again.

  Until today, this location was absolutely one of my favourites. I had rented 2 vehicles from this Enterprise after being invol ed in a hit and run and my car being totaled. After 2 months and renting 2 vehicles and being repeatedly over charged on a weekly basis, I turned in my last rental, THREE WEEKS AGO, at the Enterprise office, located at the dealership, where I purchased my new car. Today, without rhyme, reason nor any notifications, my credit card was ILLEGALLY charged $295.95. When I called Enterprise to question the charge, I was told that there was zero reason listed on the charge. I have demanded an immediate refund and am waiting for notice. I will NEVER use Enterprise again and I strongly suggest no one else does either!!! They are theives and frauds!

  I had to get a rental for a while due to storm damage on my vehicle. The vehicle I was given had only 10 miles of gas before it was empty. When discussing this with Enterprise, they wouldn’t do anything to reimburse me for $80 in gas unless if I do a future rental here. Next time I will refuse the rental if there isn’t gas or force you to fill it up prior to pick-up. You have to give us gas, simple. Windshield fluid was also empty. The employees here were very friendly but they didn’t have time nor the authority to resolve my issues.
