  Massive waste of time and stress. We reserved a full size SUV online for our family beach trip trying to reduce stress. Family of six I thought it would be worth the money. Turned into a waste of afternoon and lot's more stress because Enterprise overbooked and didn't even reach out in advance to tell us they were not going to be able to fill our reservation. Received booking emails and then day of our trip received text confirmation of our reservation. However when we drove to this Enterprise the manager said sorry we are booked up and don't have any. There was one in the lot and he said while I had a reservation so did other people and their reservation was older than mine. Which was kind of infuriating. They offered a small SUV instead. So now we are driving two cars....

  Over charged our card, failed to followup to correct the problem. They don't answer the phone. And even after wasting 45 mins to drive to the location we were assured that the manager would call us to resolve the problem. Tell me why it's been 15 days, and not one call from anyone.

  This was an amazing experience. All the staff were respectful and treated me very well. I would recommend this location to anyone .starting with Jarod the customer service as I got my vehicle was top notch. Then upon return Murphy was very nice and professional and Tyler dropped me to my destination and was pleasant. You all made my day!!

  AVOID THIS CAR RENTAL locationI am an experienced traveller and user of rental cars and this was clearly the worst experience I've ever had. The car should never have been rented with a broken steering wheel (see photo). It also reeked of cigarette smoke but even worse was the suffocating amount of seat "freshener" they saturated int the car to try to cove it up. I had to drive with the windows open for the entire rental period because the smell was so overbearing. All car rental companies always send me a receipt as soon as I return the car. At this enterprise location, after not receiving it 4 days later, I spent over an hour trying to get through to them (they don't answer the phones)" and after apologizing and saying they would send the receipt immediately, I spent another 30 minutes getting through the next day and they lied again and never sent it. I had to call corporate and make a complaint before they finally sent it. AVOID THIS CAR RENTAL location

  I rented a vehicle from Enterprise for Memorial Day weekend, and I had a great experience from start to finish. My original reservation was for a minivan, and the manager was very upfront and professional about asking if I would be flexible with another vehicle that still had 3-row seating. I appreciated the communication and was happy to work with them. The day of pickup, the branch was extremely busy, but the entire team handled everything so smoothly and professionally. Watching how organized and efficient everyone was while still providing great customer service was honestly refreshing. You can tell the management at this location is doing an excellent job because the team works together very well and keeps things moving without making customers feel rushed or overlooked. Overall, it was a great rental experience, and I would definitely rent from this branch again.
