  Bryan and his team at North Fulton Automotive have taken care of my vehicles for over 12 years - most recently a Mercedes I purchased. They're knowledgeable, thorough, and fast, and they've never once tried to sell me something I didn't need. I've referred multiple people over the years and won't hesitate to keep sending them Bryan's way.

  I’ve been taking our vehicles to North Fulton Auto Center for the past four years, and I’ve consistently had a great experience. They’ve worked on two of our vehicles and have always done outstanding work. They’ve done an especially good job keeping my older Mercedes running smoothly and in great shape. On more than one occasion, they’ve been able to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues that were difficult to pinpoint, and I’ve really appreciated their knowledge, attention to detail, and quality of work. I highly recommend North Fulton Auto Center to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and trustworthy auto repair shop.

  Chuck was incredibly pleasant, helpful and accommodating. He clearly explained which repairs were necessary and which repairs would be needed in the future, and walked me through different cost options. The process was smooth and all repairs were made in one day. Five stars for having a black belt in customer service. Thank you Chuck and Bryan!

  Was tired of going to the dealership for services that seemed overpriced. I expect some premium price for going to the dealership, but when they say they will, as part of a $750 oil change, promise to change the battery in your key fob...and then don't... I have to wonder about everything else. Pretty easy to get that right. So when the A5 service reminder popped up, I shopped around. Some places in the Atlanta area seem to spend more $ on marketing than NFAC, and there are some good reviews out there. However, reviews for NFAC were more consistent. So I tried them out. Indeed, it is one shop - not a chain - modest, around the corner from a major competitor... a little hidden. They were GREAT communicators, nice guys, highly qualified, very professional, and had worked for a decade or so for the dealership as certified techs...so they knew my MB GLE well. I never felt pressured to "buy more" (and they didn't balk when I said I'd change the windshield wipers myself). Bryan, the owner, came out to meet me and chat. The price came in far below the dealer price. And, being small, when they say they'll wash the car, it means they're not driving it through their auto wash, but washing it by hand. Well...I think I heard a pressure washer motor running...but all the better to get the brake dust off the rims! Looks like I found a home.
