He was respectful, patient, knowledgeable, and got us a great deal on a lot of work! He called to give us updates throughout the process and walked us through the whole thing. I was really frustrated and told Brandon as soon as I got there that I was annoyed but I knew it was t his fault but was hoping he could help me. He did!!!!! Honestly within 2 seconds I knew he would. He calmly listened to me, let me trauma dump on my previous experiences, showed him my issues and he said he'd handle it. I was already prepared to just lay and then call corporate later to get a refund. He did that for me and handled everything. So thankful I can finally get this off my to do list. Mavis almost lost a customer forever but now I will be coming back to specifically this one.

He told me I would need an alignment, as well, and the previous alignment was slightly outside of the mileage warranty, but he honored it anyway and didn’t charge me. I will definitely be back! Thanks, Brandon!

The reason I came in was due to the sensor light came on about brake. He figured it out and was very helpful. I’m a car person but I only know about old cars learned something about the new car technology. I need 2 tires, Brandon then explained the enter depth being less than should be indicating I do need some and the other 2 could last a little longer. Very comfortable for me because I do understand somewhat so I know Brandon could explain and help someone who doesn’t know, didn’t feel like he was trying to make a sale but made me feel safe. I have been coming in Mavis for a very long time due to the customer service and how helpful and informative this company and its employees make a person feel .

He offered to take me around back to fill them properly to avoid the line. While checking the tires he spotted a nail in my rear one.
