  Enterprise Rent‑A‑Car – 11570 Alpharetta Hwy, Roswell, GA 30076 This location attempted to bill me for damage that was clearly present before I ever drove the vehicle. I had timestamped photo evidence, yet they still pursued the claim until I challenged it. The claim has now been closed, but only after unnecessary hassle. On top of that, the car was provided with only 3.7 gallons of fuel, and I returned it with 12.7 gallons — a 9‑gallon difference I’m still waiting to be reimbursed for. The entire situation felt disorganized and unprofessional. I won’t be renting from this location again.

  I had an excellent experience with Austin at Enterprise Car Rental in Roswell! From the moment I walked in, Austin was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. He made the entire rental process smooth, quick, and stress-free. What really stood out was his outstanding customer service and positive attitude. He took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I got the right vehicle for my needs, and treated me with respect and care throughout the process. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond the way Austin does. He truly represents great customer service and made my experience memorable. I highly recommend asking for Austin if you visit Enterprise in Roswell — you’ll be in great hands!

  I had an accident and my car was in body shop. I was renting a car through this location. The rental car was covered through insurance. They called me end of my rental stating I owe $248.. I told office manager Austin that it should be covered. He suppose to call insurance to get that figured out and call me back. Never got call. Two days later, I call and one of the female worker said all is covered and do not owe anything. Few weeks later, I get charge on my card that without permission. Did not even send a receipt in email. Luckily I checked my credit card transactions to figure this out. Very unethical practice of charging customer without their authorization.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience renting a car from this company. We were clearly told that the damage deposit would be released after one week, but at no point did anyone inform us that we needed to return in person for them to inspect the vehicle in order to process that refund. Additionally, our insurance was supposed to cover the rental for a full month while our car was being repaired at Classic Collision. Despite this, we were still charged $708 out of pocket, which is completely unacceptable and not what was agreed upon. The lack of communication and transparency in this situation is very frustrating. Important details like requiring an in-person inspection after one week should have been clearly explained upfront. Because of this, we were left dealing with unexpected charges and delays. This is not how customer service should be handled. The entire experience felt misleading and unprofessional, and it has caused unnecessary stress. I would not recommend this company based on how this situation was handled. I expect this issue to be reviewed and resolved promptly.

  This is my first time having a bad experience with enterprise. I had a rental through insurance and insurance stopped paying for the rental on April 3rd. I extended the rental to April 17th with no issues on April 3rd. The rate was $23.40 a day discounted so for 2 weeks it was $393. I went to extended the rental again today and was told for a week it would be $215/$230 for a week I changed my mind and only did till Tuesday April 21st. For those 4 days it was $159 and I was confused on why it was so high the representative kept telling me that was how much it was and confirmed it was 23.40 per day +tax. I paid and left but kept thinking it was too high. I called back a few minutes later and was told I was charged another $50 deposit because I’m paying for the rental myself now and the deposit is $100 now instead of the $50 I originally paid. I wasn’t told this went I went to extend today and I wasn’t charge the $50 when I extended the rental on April 3rd. I had to go back up there and demand a refund and was only refunded $109 even though I wanted the rest of the $50. The branch manager claimed he could not refund the $50 as it’s their policy to charge it if you are paying for the rental. I will not be renting from here again because the staff does not discloses the fees and charges they just tell you the price and I’m glad I caught it. I will be returning the rental promptly tomorrow as I would like to have my money back immediately.
