  They don’t give cars if you are booking for one day, the still allow you to book and let you wait in line for an hour and ultimately says no cars available despite you see there are cars outside

  I’ve been an Enterprise customer for a long time, and recently, through State Farm, I used Enterprise while my car was in for repairs. As usual, they made everything incredibly easy. They offered me several rental options and clearly explained what insurance would cover, helping me stay within budget. What really stood out was the customer service at this location. Aiden, the customer service lead, was outstanding. He was friendly, attentive to my needs, and made sure I understood everything before driving off. When I returned the car, he listened to my feedback on the vehicle and continued to make me feel valued. The entire experience was respectful, open, and professional. It’s clear they care about their customers. I highly recommend this Enterprise branch for both their rentals and exceptional service!

  I reserved a car online few days before the rental day. I reserved it for a 8am pick up. When I arrived, the reception desk had my rental info. The process was quick and efficient. The price was the same as I received in the online reservation. I returned the vehicle a Sunday afternoon, but even though this facility is closed on Sundays, the rental drop off was very easy. I just needed to park the vehicle in their parking lot and drop the keys in a drop off box. I will definitely rent a car again from that Enterprise facility.

  My decision to rent a car for vacation was last minute, yet Enterprise was able to accommodate my requirements at the drop of a hat. I was met with patience and courtesy as I tried to decide just what kind of vehicle to rent. I ended up with a Corolla because I own a Corolla and knew what it would hold despite being a base level vehicle. An added bonus was the pickup location having space for me to leave my car negating the need for rides at either end of the rental agreement. Thank you, Enterprise, for the way you take care of your customers!
