  This is the worst location I have ever been to. The guy on the phone hung up on me simply because I was asking a question. They tell you one thing over the phone, but when you go to the store, they tell you something completely different. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I will be contacting their headquarters to report this experience and leave a review.

  Amazing experience!!! Steve, the manager at this location, took excellent care of me from start to finish. He listened to what I needed and went above and beyond to make sure I got into a vehicle that was a great fit for me. Steve was professional, helpful, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my decision. The level of customer service he provided was outstanding. I highly recommend this location, and especially Steve, to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience. Thank you, Steve, for going the extra mile!

  Terrible customer service I did return my out of state rental car as per on the reservation within the time I had, but still got charged for an extra day due to their negligence in updating the reservation. This issue hasn’t been resolved yet even after 10 days after I raised a concern for the same
