  Amazing experience!!! Steve, the manager at this location, took excellent care of me from start to finish. He listened to what I needed and went above and beyond to make sure I got into a vehicle that was a great fit for me. Steve was professional, helpful, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my decision. The level of customer service he provided was outstanding. I highly recommend this location, and especially Steve, to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience. Thank you, Steve, for going the extra mile!

  Terrible customer service I did return my out of state rental car as per on the reservation within the time I had, but still got charged for an extra day due to their negligence in updating the reservation. This issue hasn’t been resolved yet even after 10 days after I raised a concern for the same

  I had the best experience at this location with the manager Jake. I initially was at the location a mile down the road and the “assistant manager” there was so rude while I was trying to simply pay for my rental. He used foul language, and was extremely impatient with me. I ended up having to leave for a meeting and then came to this location and Jake was incredibly helpful and had me in and out in minutes before they closed. I really appreciate all you did for me Jake. Highly recommend this location as a Gold Rewards Member.
