  I had an excellent experience with the team at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The service went above and beyond my expectations from start to finish. I actually went to an Avis location first because it was closer, but the experience there was disappointing due to rude customer service, so I left the same day and decided to try Enterprise instead. That decision made all the difference. From the moment I arrived at the Alpharetta Enterprise location, the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They went out of their way to assist me with transportation to and from Nalley Volkswagen, and they did this for me twice—once at pickup and again at drop-off. The customer service could not have been better. Everything was smooth, efficient, and handled with genuine kindness. Based on this experience, I will only be renting from Enterprise going forward, specifically this Alpharetta location. Thank you to the entire team for making a stressful situation so easy. Thanks again for your excellent service!

  What I liked about my Enterprise experience was the availability of vehicles especially on a Friday the weekend of Memorial Day weekend. The ease of the rental process once the insurance company booked the reservation. The staff were very helpful, even when I had to call back and extend the agreement for additional days. When I returned the vehicle it was a smooth transition. No problems.
