  We picked up the car at 9 am, and he told us the tag expires in one day, and said he could get another tag late afternoon but recommended that we just take the risk and drive 20 hours on an expired tag. His only job is to make sure the car works, and the paperwork is up to date. He couldn’t even do this. We returned the car. Horrible business.

  Horrible, horrible experience. I reserved a compact car via Priceline. When I arrived, I was told they were out of compact cars and I’d have to pay an extra $15 a day for a Mustang or Mini Van. That was an increase of over 1/3 of the price. The older white man behind the counter was combative, overly aggressive for no reason and a real jerk. Kudos to whomever tolerates him at home! You’d be a fool to rent here.

  Worst customer service I have EVER encountered!! 1st I get charged for insurance even though I have insurance. 2nd They charge me for a day I didn't use 3rd Alex is downright rude. This location needs to be investigated!!!

  The absolute worst experience I've ever had with a rental company. Couldn't get them on the phone for hours. Got a certain rate over the phone... get there and the rate has tripled because they gave all of the cars at the original rate away. Never using budget again.
