I have never dealt with a snottier, nastier, low-rent human than the "General Sales Manager" Kevin Dowdy. I believe there is a reason this man is employed at a small town dealership in the middle of no-where Georgia. His attitude wouldn't fly at a major dealership in a major market for long. In my opinion, he's condescending, arrogant and full of himself. Thankfully he showed his true colors last night via text because I would have regretted spending money with such an individual had I found out his true nature after the fact. Hopefully the owners and General Manager will reassess their staffing. I have found another dealership with better values, deals and professionalism; and will be purchasing from them shortly.

I had been shopping for a 2024 Santa Cruz Limited and they had one come in certified pre-owned that was super clean, lower miles and priced very well. Spent a couple days communicating via text, and arranged to head over on a Thursday (had to take a day off work). They had the vehicle waiting for me, full tank of gas. Noah showed my wife and I the vehicle and was very patient as we drove several others, and mulled over our first Hyundai. All said and done I drove the 2024 home. Felt very good about the entire process. I did purchase a premium warranty as an additional cost but they did negotiate with me on that, so all said and done we kept my payments where I needed them, I like the rig, and feel less worried about being uncertain not having owned a Hyundai before. Never felt sales pressure, or that crazy ugly car lot feeling; very professional, relaxed, and they made it easy. Would buy from them again, use them for service and definitely recommend to anyone car shopping.
