  We found working with your Honda Store outstanding Heath, our salesperson and Shelly. Our finance person are outstanding.. They did not miss one detail. They were so organized. They were so lovely to work with. We actually live in Florida and we were so enchanted by our experience with Heath and Shelly. We would recommend anyone to go to this Honda establishment absolutely outstanding. It was worth our time, energy and money to work with them. They were efficient. They were courteous their professional. They were honest you don’t find that very often in car dealerships we cannot be happier with Heath and Shelly. Thank you, Barbara and Scott green

  I would recommend our salesperson Malachi Perry to anyone. He listened to our needs and wants and produced a vehicle that fit us perfectly. Austin was Malachi's manager and was super helpful and sincere as well with no preconceived expectations from us. The only drawback to our whole experience was the high pressure from the finance manager Chum, to purchase an extended warranty when I had clearly stated I was not interested. I had to decline the warranty 4 times before he would proceed with our final paperwork. And due to being under-staffed, the finalization took over 3.5 hours.

  They got me checked in quickly and had to wait for a part so gave me a rental like the one I had. The issue was fixed and got my vehicle back. The did an excellent job especially Kerrie the service person who handled the transaction. While I rarely need their services it has always been handled very well or excellently. I would recommend them.

  Buyer beware!!! I signed a contract at 5.9%, I received a call three days later I need to sign additional paperwork. They TRIED to get me to sign another contract for 9.8% and added 12 additional payments!! I went back a few days later, there was a misunderstanding, I not only got my original rate , but they reduced the price almost $9000.
