  I had a great experience with the service department at Shottenkirk Honda Rome. The team was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, brake fluid replacement, and a valve cover gasket replacement, and everything was completed in a timely manner with excellent attention to detail. The staff made the whole experience easy and stress-free, and the vehicle is running great afterward. It’s hard to find a service department that combines good communication, quality work, and customer service this well. I definitely appreciate their professionalism and would recommend Shottenkirk Honda Rome to anyone looking for reliable automotive service.

  I may not have been the easiest customer, but your staff remained patient, professional, and welcoming throughout the entire process. Every team member I encountered — Vinyard, Scott, Rashid, and Malachi, along with a few others whose names I unfortunately didn’t catch — made me feel at ease with their calm, family-like demeanor. Aside from purchasing our home, this was the largest purchase we’ve ever made, and I drove away feeling genuinely great about the experience.

  I really appreciated the customer service and car deal I received here. Our salesperson was Luke, and he was responsive and helpful without making us feel like he expected us to buy. The general manager Tommy also spent a significant amount of time with us and explained everything thoroughly, again, without making us feel pressured. Luke and Tommy gave us a very generous amount for our trade and discounted the new vehicle more than a reasonable amount to help us fit into our budget. I got the impression that they were genuinely trying to take care of us and make a long-term customer instead of a quick sale and a quick buck. I’ve worked in the car industry, and the type of experience we had here is rare. I would recommend them, and will trust them again for my next purchase if I have the opportunity.

  Ryann, the saleswoman was very courteous, but I am disgusted by this dealership’s management. They marked up a used HRV by almost $10k w/ a half dozen different add-on packages, and dropped $5k in the blink of an eye when I called it out. They “created” a $2k “discount,” by subtracting their ORIGINAL selling price from the market price, and expected me to not notice like an idiot. I wasted 3 hours of my time here 2 weeks ago and I am still in awe about how terrible of an experience that was. I will never recommend their team to anyone, they are the epitome of everything wrong with car sales. Go literally anywhere else as far as I’m concerned.

  I recently had a bad experience in Rome GA . I had an appointment in cartersville and someone from Rome messaged me . I told them about the appointment in cartersville they said that they are sister stores and everything was the same. Then later they told me they would love to get someone to appraise my car and that they liked it ext . I told them I was very busy but could come by early in the morning and we set up am appointment for 9am. I thought it could not hurt to have a second appraisal. So I drive 45 minutes on mother's day weekend and show up a couple minutes early a text the sales person and let them know I arrived after standing in the lobby around 2 minutes. No response . I wait about 5 or 6 minutes and no one has said anything to me . So I text them again and let them know my time is valuable and I am busy so I am leaving. Punctuality is important. Someone to greet me would have been nice . And letting the customer know they are valued and that you value their time are important. If they had someone to tell me hey Luke will be right out . Or if he had messaged me and said I am running late take a look around I will be with you as soon as I can I would have stayed. Any communication would have been nice. If anyone would have spoke to me or even texted/called I would have gave them atleast another 15 minutes. I wasted over an hour and a half on mother's day weekend when I have other things to do . There are a dozen other dealerships within 50 miles and no one even said Hi. And I have still not received a message back from Luke the salesman that tried to take a sale from his sister store and just did not show up .
