  The website was easy to navigate when I reserved a vehicle, the pricing was affordable! The SUV was very neat and clean and ran great! The Customer Service was exceptional and they got me in and out and on my way with no problems! I will definitely use Enterprise again!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!

  I needed a rental car asap and I was able to do that through the enterprise app. The process was very simple and easy to do and the customer service was amazing! Thanks enterprise team on Shorter ave.

  My experience renting here was amazing! They answered all my questions, prices are adorable and they got me in an almost new car so incredibly fast. Most definitely would rent here again! Thank you all @ Enterprise in Rome! 😊

  Go to the Russellville Rd location if you must rent with Enterprise. Otherwise, go to Hertz. This location has declined in quality and customer service over the years. I rent all of the time for work and for personal travel. I was recently charged double for a one way rental because of a mistake they made in entering the drop off time of the rental and instead of reviewing and making the matter right, Riley, stated that I need to contact the originating branch as they are the ones who manage that information. That is wildly inaccurate as the drop off location is the only one who would be able to verify the drop off time. I know that drop off fees are decided by the originating location but that is not what I was asking. When I questioned this and requested resolution, she insisted this was accurate information. I know that is not right, but I called the originating branch just to get it taken care of as I was obviously getting nowhere. They were kind enough to resolve the matter. Please educate your staff on these matters and teach them that it's ok to say you don't know something or to ask for a moment to double check or ask your superior. Don't put it on the customer to have to do extra work to resolve something when you have the ability to do it yourself.

  Easy to deal with. Got a car fast after mine broke down, then was able to switch when that one was tearing up. No, that's not what you want, but the speed at which I was able to rent the first car, even though it was a busy week for them and not many were available, and the ease of switching them out and extending my rental when I needed to at a discounted price counts for a lot. And, the car I was upgraded to was AWESOME!
