  Best place in town Huge thanks to Chris that's a wonderful man he's a hard worker & loves what he does he was quick to greet me to help me put air in my tire he even went out his way to check all my tires and made sure I felt comfortable before leaving… THANK YOU SOOO MUCH CHRIS :) keep doing what you love ;)

  I had an outstanding experience at Mavis in Rockmart, thanks to Wesley. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on providing excellent customer service. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood my options without any pressure. The work was completed promptly, and the quality of service exceeded my expectations. It's refreshing to find someone who is honest, courteous, and truly cares about taking care of customers. Wesley made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. If you're looking for reliable automotive service, I highly recommend asking for Wesley at Mavis in Rockmart. He goes above and beyond, and I'll definitely be returning for future service.

  They were extremely helpful and very nice. We were told by another shop we needed new brake pads, and instead of just changing them because we thought we needed them they actually told us our pads were fine and did not need replacement yet. Don't get that kind of customer service in the auto care business. Highly recommend!!

  I went there yesterday because on my way home I ended up getting a nail in my tire. I got there around 5:30. The guy running the counter was super overwhelmed by all the customers that came in said that they have been slow all day and then now they’re busy and he couldn’t guarantee that we would even be able to be seen because they close in 30 minutes and doubt they can get us worked in. Meanwhile, I’m a mom of two kids In the car and I see the nail I hear the air going out of my tire and basically got told they couldn’t do anything because they close in thirty minutes and suggested that Thursdays they close at 8:30 to me and the other customers. I can understand if I came 10 minutes before Closing, but I was there 30 minutes prior and That’s business they ended up losing because I ended up leaving because of his remark and being told basically he didn’t think he could get it done today. Meanwhile, my tire is losing air. So for that, Walmart got my business.

  I had a great experience here! I called about an hour before closing, and despite it being late in the day, the team was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Brent took care of me and provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and made the entire process easy. The service was fast, efficient, and had me back on the road much sooner than expected. It’s clear they value their customers and take pride in their work. I really appreciate them fitting me in so close to closing time. Highly recommend this tire shop, and a special thank you to Brent for going above and beyond!
