  I purchased my tires from Wesley at the Mavis Tires & Brakes in Rockmart, GA, at 1461 Nathan Dean Pkwy back in March and had a great experience with him then. This past Sunday, I ran into a problem with a badly stripped lug nut that was preventing me from starting a brake job. I went back to the Rockmart store for help, and Wesley took care of it immediately and without hesitation. He didn’t make me wait around, didn’t act like I was inconveniencing him, and didn’t try to turn it into another sale. He simply saw that a customer needed help and stepped in to solve the problem. That kind of service sticks with you. Anyone can provide good service when they’re making a sale; what impressed me was how Wesley treated me months after the original purchase when I simply needed some help. Wesley has absolutely earned my future business. If you’re looking for tires or service in the Rockmart area, I highly recommend going to see him. Thanks again, Wesley, for coming to my rescue Sunday.

  Brent was very professional in assisting me with finding the correct tires for my truck. He took his time explaining the difference in tires that fit my budget. 10/10 will return again and highly recommend Wesley!

  Westley was great he helped me out with brand new tires and also helped my husband get two new tires today and coming back next week to get two more thank you so much yall are my go to guys from here on out imma send everyone I know your way

  I called everywhere and went to several different car shops and everyone was unable to help me. I called this location and asked and without hesitation Wesley told me to come over and he could help me out. He was so helpful and kind during this stressful situation. I’ve so very pleased with my service! Thank you!

  Go in for a OIL change and that’s it and got a bill for 256.81 what a rip off! This place is a scam everyone be careful and check your receipts they will stick it to you! Charged me to replace a taillight bulb they called every part store in Rockmart and they don’t have it in stock I told them in the beginning if yall don’t have it in your store don’t worry about it. Because NO PARTS store has it in stock! I guess it hard to believe an ole hillbilly! Cause we don’t know what we talking bout. Sure would love to get my money back on that! Oh no we can’t do that here if yall would do what I asked you wouldn’t be getting a bad review. Yall suck they need new managers at the Rockmart. Mavis do better cause y’all suck. I hope nobody stops seeing and buys anything from y’all ever that’s how bad y’all suck and I hope y’all’s Manager sees this. I hope even corporate sees this as well. Cause y’all suck as well. I hope they fire yall and get better managers in the store to fix this problem!
