  I received excellent customer service from Tavon and Issac. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They inspected and repaired my vehicle for an affordable price. I definitely will return to this location for services in the future.

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes thanks to Tavon M. His professionalism, communication, and leadership really stood out. He made sure everything was explained clearly and kept the whole process smooth and efficient. You can tell he truly cares about customers and runs the shop the right way. Employees like Tavon are a huge asset to the company and deserve recognition from corporate. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the excellent service he provided.

  Manager Tavon M was excellent , helped me get my car fixed from. Start to finish educated me on everything so I felt like I knew exactly was going on and he worked with me in the end to close the deal will definitely be bringing others - Tavon deserves 20 stars but 5 will do .

  I just want to say Tavon M has been nothing short of extraordinary. He has been very through, friendly, and extremely professional. Tavon explained everything in detail on top of never once making me feel confused. He, honestly, deserves 15 stars but 5 will have to do. I will definitely reccomend this location to friends and family.

  I had an excellent experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes! From the moment I walked in, James provided outstanding customer service. He was extremely kind, professional, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. The service was quick and efficient, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate everything I needed. I truly appreciated that James took the time to check for any available discounts or deals to help me save money. That level of customer care really stood out. The mechanic even came out from the back to speak with me directly, which I found very respectful and reassuring. Although I did not catch his name, he was just as friendly and professional. Overall, the atmosphere was welcoming, communication was clear, and the entire staff made this a very positive experience. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for honest, efficient, and customer-focused service. Thank you to James and the whole team for such great service!
