  Walked in and Xzavis immediately greeted me. He was very friendly and kept me entertained with his jokes. He was still very professional and kept me updated on my vehicle. The installation of the new tire took less than an hour. I appreciate his attentiveness!

  I had a great experience and am extremely satisfied 10/10 effort Tavon the manager was very well spoken and understanding of what I was asking . Also Arrick also excelled in working on my vehicle quick and efficiently overall everything was a great experience and I will recommend to others !

  I went here today to put some air in my tire and come to find out, there was a nail in my tire. One of the young men who was working on the cars told me he could plug it & if I paid him directly, it would be cheaper than paying in the store. He went in the store, came out, & told me the plug would be $75 if I paid in store, but he would charge me $50. I told the man, I have never paid this much for a plug. I’ve never paid more than $20. He then said he would allow me to apple pay him the $20, and his coworker told me that the patch they would use on my tire costs $50 itself. I ended up driving off & getting my tire plugged elsewhere. I just don’t like how these young men tried to rip me off. I’ve been to the Mavis in Morrow and got a brand new tire for $100. Why would a plug/patch be $75? I definitely won’t come here for anything anymore.

  The guys here were amazing. I picked up a screw on 75 that flattened my tire. When I called to check on availability, He advised me on adding air to help save my tire and rim till I could get to their shop. When I arrived, He met me at my car to greet me and move my car into a bay area. The guys were courteous and got me back on the road in a short amount of time without charging an arm and a leg. I would definitely recommend this shop to all!

  Tavon M. did an excellent job changing my tire. He was professional, efficient, and made the entire process stress-free. He took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure everything was safe before I got back on the road. I really appreciated his positive attitude and willingness to help. I also want to recognize the rest of the staff, who were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everyone I interacted with was kind, courteous, and genuinely cared about providing great customer service. It’s not often you come across a team that makes you feel so valued as a customer. Thank you all for the outstanding service!
