  Excellent experience with Enterprise! The staff was very professional, courteous, and helpful throughout the entire process. A special thanks to Deon, who picked me up and made sure everything went smoothly. The rental process was quick, easy, and efficient, and I truly appreciated the outstanding customer service. Highly recommend Enterprise and their team!

  Not good service they though you in anything that’s available at the moment no good management system her. It comes to booking and what’s actually available of course they’ll fight you when you say you don’t think it’s the service you deserve

  I want to start by saying that the customer service at the Enterprise location in Riverdale, GA was great. The staff members we interacted with were courteous and professional. Unfortunately, the issue was the lack of vehicle availability despite us having an approved reservation. We visited the location approximately three times trying to pick up our reserved vehicle. Each time, we were told that vehicles were undergoing maintenance and that we should come back later. We returned as instructed, but a vehicle still was not available. Having a confirmed reservation but repeatedly being unable to receive a vehicle was extremely frustrating and caused a major inconvenience for my family. I understand that maintenance issues and unexpected circumstances can happen, but if a reservation is accepted and confirmed, there should either be a vehicle available or better communication and an alternative solution provided to the customer. I am leaving this review in hopes that Enterprise will address the vehicle availability issues at this location. Riverdale is much more convenient for us than having to travel to the airport to rent a vehicle, and we would like to continue using this location. The customer service was good; unfortunately, the reservation and vehicle availability experience was not.

  I had a great experience with Anthony at Enterprise! He was professional, friendly, and made the entire process fast and smooth from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, answered any questions I had, and made sure I was taken care of without any unnecessary waiting around. His customer service was excellent, and you can tell he genuinely cares about making sure customers have a good experience. I really appreciated how easy and stress-free he made the whole transaction. Anthony is definitely an asset to Enterprise, and I would absolutely recommend the Riverdale location because of the service he provided!

  I would like to take a moment to recognize Anthony for the outstanding service he provided during my rental experience. Anthony truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. When I arrived, Anthony was the only person working the front desk while several customers were there needing assistance. Even though he was handling everything on his own, he remained professional, patient, and attentive. I made sure to be patient with him as well because I understand how stressful it can be when you’re busy and trying to help multiple customers by yourself. Anthony did an excellent job, and I really appreciated his attitude and the way he treated me throughout the entire process. Employees like Anthony are a great representation of Enterprise. I hope his hard work and dedication are recognized because he definitely deserves it. Thank you, Anthony, for taking such good care of me!
