- EGemre fatih gulAug 20, 20261.0NASTY !!!! I wish I could give them zero stars. They are absolutely horrible. The store manager is the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. Instead of helping customers, they keep talking to each other. They don’t care how many people are on the line; they still chat and talk on the phone. When you ask for help, they keep saying they’re busy. I’ve been waiting in front of the desk multiple times, asking for help, but they didn’t care. Even the store manager was there and didn’t care. He kept talking to his friend and told me he was helping someone else. When I tried to find things myself, they kept looking at me and laughing. The people who work there ( on that shift) are horrible. I’ll make another report to Advance Auto Parts headquarters. I hope they’ll do something about it.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle.
