  My car’s ABS light came on Saturday so I called North Georgia Tire. They said to bring it in to diagnose and have the parts ordered. They got it in, Thomas the service manager went personally to get the parts and had repaired and was able have it ready to pick up the same day. I didn’t have an appointment and was expecting the service to be done on Monday. They finished it well beyond the business hours. Great customer service and went will beyond what you would expect to get you back on the road. Dan

  After reviewing a number of suppliers North Georgia Tire Discounters had the largest selection at reasonable prices. They also included alignment which many places either can't do or charge a lot for. This is a great value when replacing 4 tires! They included TPS service kit, wiper blades and an oil change (when I'll need it in the future). The service was excellent. The tires were ordered in a timely manner, came in when they promised and were installed with the alignment done by early afternoon on the day I dropped off the car. I truly felt they cared about the service they provided and are dedicated to satisfying their customers. I recommend this shop to all my friends and any one needing tires.

  I've lived in the North Georgia area the majority of my life ... & I don't know HOW I never knew about hidden gem! I'm just glad I found them this morning ... & rest assured, after today, they will indeed be my "go-to" for tires -- as well as any other services for my car. When i walked into the shop, I was greeted & welcomed by Thomas ... I explained I had low tire pressure light displaying. My neighbor had checked and determined I had about 23 lbs .... So he added air to assure I could get to a tire store. Thomas immediately went into action mode as I shared I was on a timeline to be somewhere. I don't know how else to describe my interaction ... but I felt so comfortable, & that these folks were genuinely trustworthy. Thomas made me feel like family! My wait was short ... & Thomas presented the culprit -- a nail -- to me . Thanks again to Thomas & the fine team at North Georgia Tire & Alignment / TireDiscounters. I will be back!!

  I know I can trust Clay when I take my car in. Its nice knowing I can support a hometown business. One that does an excellent job and backs up the great work. I went in thinking I had a hole in my tire. I had 3 and needed a whole set. Clay told me about a credit card I could apply for. I applied and got the credit to pay for the tires! Im thankful because, now I know my son and I will be safe in our car.

  I took my vehicle on Saturday morning and I had never been there before which made me a little nervous. Also being a woman you hear horrible stories about being taken advantage of because of being a woman. I was treated great and the honesty I received was greatly appreciated. They were very busy since it was a Saturday but when they started working on my vehicle they took the time to make sure I was aware of what was needed for my car and what exactly they did to my car. Once I left I can tell a huge difference in how my car drove. I will definitely be back and would advise anyone to go see them.
