- RCRobert J CollinsAug 22, 20261.0Horrible Service. Left my truck with specific instructions to eliminate a miss. That I was leaving it and I lived four hours away. At first they quoted me 2180.00 for just a “miss”. After negotiating we finally set on 1700$. Which was still way more expensive than I felt it needed. I work part time as a superintendent but my full time job is in ministry. Finally get notification that my truck is ready. I had to make preparations to drive back to Savannah from Atlanta. Which is approximately 4 hours a way. Now when they gave my keys. The lady would not look me in my eyes. Just slid my receipt and keys across the desk. Drove it down the road . Approximately 20 miles down the road it started missing again. I had to drive this truck back to Atlanta without the overdrive because the miss was so bad. I’m not even sure they did anything. Their response was bring it back. I don’t have time to bring it back at 2:30 on a Friday. I can’t afford to spend money on motels waiting on them to do their job. No partial refund or anything was offered. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT. You will regret it. They listened to others .. Thinking they were teaching me a lesson. Stay away from. Rip off artist. I hope you get what you deserve.
