Had two new tires put on here about two weeks ago, afterwards I had a wobble around 55-60mph. Brought them back in today to have them balanced checked, and the techs were able to spot and demonstrate that both tires had bulges on the inside, a factory defect from the online store where I bought them. Tony and his staff were cool and professional even after I suggested they bent a rim or botched the balance, and once the true issue was found they were courteous and understanding of my demeanor. I asked them to rebalance both tires so I could get by until my replacement tires come in, and they made it happen in record time. After all was said and done I asked what the cost was gonna be, but they comped the rebalance and I left paying nothing.
I've been going to Mavis in Pooler for a while, and since I found out they were here I've come to the Rincon shop 3 times now. Never had an issue until today, and they rectified it in about half an hour, including wait time and investigation. These guys were all great and incredibly patient with the situation, and I'll definitely be coming back for all my tire needs

First I would like to say Tony was an amazing guy. Got my car serviced here for a front end replacement, tie rods, knuckles, control arm, and suspension. He made it very easy to relay information regarding what was needed. However once I got my car back it started to make grinding noises a week later. Took it apart today (June 26th) and found a ton of unfinished work. Passenger inner tie rod boot wasn’t clamped to the steering rack, right control arm jam nut wasn’t tightened down, driver fender liner didn’t have any clips so it was rubbing against tire. Right wheel hub assembly is shot and sliding because there was no spindle nut, and missing the hub that covers it. So far I tightened the jam nut and zip tied the boot back on. I will be gathering a list of photos and asking for a refund.

I was in a jam with a tire issue. I called and talked to the store manager Tony Denison and explained my situation. He ensured me that him, and his team would take care of the issue and get me back on a going.
I was only in the store for about an hour waiting before they had two (2) tire replaced and out the door. I really appreciate Tony, and his team for everything they did for me.
