  Preston was very nice ! I let him know i needed all tires etc checked after oil change because I have a long trip tomorrow, He gladly checked everything and was very kind and accommodating to make sure i am safe on my trip ! Thank you Preston!

  Mechanic stripped out the oil plug and told me And it was known for three oil changes in a row and on the last one oil was dripping on my driveway and I went back the next day and told them and they said no it’s not leaking at the oil plug. It’s the gasket on the engine and it cost me $830. I go home and It’s still dripping on the driveway! It was the damn oil plug! I wrote a email to corporate and never got a response.

  Kenneth was great. He was very attentive asked me if I would like to sit in the air condition or wanted a cold water because they needed to do a top evac on my oil and it would take just a little longer than normal. I will definitely be back in the near future

  I went to 10 Minute Express Lube today for an oil change and was lucky enough to have Preston take care of both my vehicle and my daughter’s vehicle. He did an absolutely fantastic job! Preston was incredibly kind, professional, thorough, and made the entire experience so easy. Great customer service can be hard to find these days, and Preston definitely went above and beyond. He is the reason I will continue bringing my vehicles to 10 Minute Express Lube. Highly recommend asking for Preston—you won’t be disappointed!

  This place does very well if you’re getting a simple oil change, but do NOT go to them for any actual mechanic work because they can be extremely dishonest if they sense you’re unknowledgeable. I don’t usually write reviews, but they were so underhanded, I feel I need to warn especially women. I’m a young woman, but not as young as I look. I took my truck in for a brake inspection because the rear brakes were squealing some while light braking. After an hour of holding it, 3 people come in to tell me that my brakes “fell apart” during inspection and that there’s so much damage they “won’t be able to put it back together.” I was told specifically that it was suddenly not drivable after whatever happened during the “inspection,” and that it would be $1,100 to fix that day. This is an older truck and I clearly was not someone wealthy, which makes this whole scheme even more unethical. I told the desk woman that I didn’t have the money for that and asked if they had any kind of payment plan. She said they didn’t and tried to get me to apply for their Express credit card. Fortunately, my brother is a mechanic (but out of country at the moment). I called him, and the manager (who JUST came in with the other 2 workers and listened to them tell me it was deteriorated and now not operational) spoke with my brother. After a few technical questions from my brother, the tune changed immediately. Suddenly, they CAN put my truck back together. It IS drivable. And they see no problem with me driving it MONTHS before my brother comes back. The real clincher here is that I took it to another mechanic, and he told me that when he started taking parts apart to inspect, clouds of built up dust came out. He told me there is no way that much could have accumulated in less than a week of me driving few miles on pavement to and from work, so they didn’t even do any actual inspection. I have perfectly fine brake pads, needed a spring replaced, and the squeal is because the pads just heat glazed over time. That’s all that there was. It’s actually disgusting how Express behaved and I played it cool while I was there because these people had my truck, but I need all women to know: DO NOT GET ANY INSPECTIONS OR WORK DONE HERE. I’m not interested in a response from Express to this review. They tried to eat their words even in front of me, so I doubt there will be any accountability. Friendliness is irrelevant when you’re egregiously taking advantage of vulnerable people in YOUR community.
