  Avoid at all costs. Experience with Will, the manager. I booked a Full-Size car, but when I arrived, they told me they didn’t have any available and offered me an SUV instead. I assumed, as would be reasonable with most rental companies, that this was a complimentary upgrade because they didn’t have the vehicle I originally reserved. I was wrong. When I was about to tap my card, I noticed there was a price difference. I asked about it, and only then was I told they were charging me extra for the SUV. This was never disclosed when they offered me the replacement vehicle. I’ve rented cars from several companies, and this is the first time I’ve experienced a rental company trying to charge the customer more because they didn’t have the vehicle that was originally booked. If you don't have the car I reserved, offering me a more expensive vehicle and expecting me to pay the difference is not a customer-friendly solution. At the very least, the additional charge should have been clearly disclosed before proceeding to payment. Very disappointing experience especially when coming from the Branch Manager, Will. I would avoid this location.

  Eventhough they were busy on a Saturday with one poor girl working , shout out to her I dont remember her name, she was very very sweet and did a great job

  The staff was amazing even let us choose our car color since there where options! Patient, helpful, kind. They are a big reason why I keep coming back to Enterprise in Rincon GA! Thank you team for making our very long car trip easy, comfortable and awesome!
