  The workers there were great. The process went smoothly with no hiccups and everything was quick. I will definitely rent from there again.

  Will the manager is excellent! Saniya followed up to make sure we come in a a good time so we can leave on time since they will be busy (love that!) Jeff cleaned the Pacifica Van and we were on the way. Will explained everything during pick up and at drop off. I will always go to this office for my rental needs. And will make sure my family that visit from out of state come see them because they are straight to the point and make everything very easy. Kudos to their energy and their staff.

  I rented two days prior. I drive by there everyday. Lot was crowded with rentals. Called the night before saying there were no cars. Reservation was for 10:30am. Waited til 11 because that’s when they said the car would be returned. Nothing. I have an 8+ hour drive ahead of me in my own car now and won’t get there until super late since I waited around hoping I’d get a car.

  Being lied about pricing and policy blatantly from one customer to another. I sat patiently and was told 3 different stories about the rental pricing, when I witness myself them upgrade another customers vehicle, while insisting I booked for something I specifically did not. Horrible service and representative (will)
