  I visited the AutoZone store on June 13 at approximately 4:45 PM to pick up an online order. When I arrived, an employee told me the order was not ready, even though it was only oil and was already on the shelf. I picked up the items myself, but the pickup barcode would not scan. Another employee, who I believe was the manager, came over to assist. I explained that I had just placed the order online. She told me I would need to wait about 10 minutes. I asked if I could leave since the order had already been paid for, and she said I could not because I still needed to sign for it. A few moments later, my phone notified me that the order was ready for pickup. However, she then told me it still was not ready for me to sign. I understand that there may be a processing period before an online order is officially ready. My concern was not the wait itself, but the way the situation was handled. I felt that the manager was rude and unprofessional, and the interaction could have been handled with better communication and customer service.

  Marina was amazing she was very helpful very knowledgeable very patient and made sure that we had everything we needed to get the job done we are stranded from out of town in a Range Rover so parts are hard to come by but she went above and beyond

  Stopped for engine light on long road trip and despite being the only one working the employee was extremely nice and helpful.

  Went in Rchm store today to purchase battery for ATV. Ask Female employee where these batteries were and she said with regular batteries. Did not see and ask her again and she just said look, look, look. Very rude and didn't care if I received help so I said screw it and went to Advance Auto and made purchase after receiving help from their Female employee who was very helpful and respectful. Autozone just lost all of my business because of rude and lazy employee.

  Always a great experience at this location! Came today because my headlights weren’t working. I had excellent help with everything from employees and even the district manager coming to look at my car and confirm what the problem was. They walked me through pricing and let me know where I could save money. The district manager went so far as to put the items I purchased onto my vehicle and all staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. I appreciate that they walked me through the process of what needed to be done and the parts I needed while remaining budget conscious and letting me know which price point worked for me while still choosing quality parts. I’m a mechanic’s daughter and know how easy it is to be taken advantage of when it comes to auto parts and repairs so I especially appreciate all of the information shared and also the walk through pricing and even small parts installed. The district manager gave the impression of being very dedicated to his team and customers.
