  Daniel O was extremely helpful! Tested battery, diagnosed and installed it!! Also gave instructions on what else I needed to do- would recommend this location!

  Understaffed. Can't get service. Employees that are there, "Dillon" and John working 8/9/26 don't seem to care. Very unprofessional. No acknowledgement of anybody in line.

  Want to bring this to management attention! I walked in to simply change my car battery. Dilion is a hard working young man and was super helpful. He was busy helping a customer while his lady coworker did not help, her name could be “Ophelia”!? So I was in line and then she asked how she can help and when I told her I need my batteries changes she said “this young man can help you” and told him she doesn’t know how to change car battery. Rather than standing to watch how to do it, she walked outside to smoke and talk on the phone. He helped three customers including me while she chatting on the phone and walked around.

  I visited the AutoZone store on June 13 at approximately 4:45 PM to pick up an online order. When I arrived, an employee told me the order was not ready, even though it was only oil and was already on the shelf. I picked up the items myself, but the pickup barcode would not scan. Another employee, who I believe was the manager, came over to assist. I explained that I had just placed the order online. She told me I would need to wait about 10 minutes. I asked if I could leave since the order had already been paid for, and she said I could not because I still needed to sign for it. A few moments later, my phone notified me that the order was ready for pickup. However, she then told me it still was not ready for me to sign. I understand that there may be a processing period before an online order is officially ready. My concern was not the wait itself, but the way the situation was handled. I felt that the manager was rude and unprofessional, and the interaction could have been handled with better communication and customer service.

  Marina was amazing she was very helpful very knowledgeable very patient and made sure that we had everything we needed to get the job done we are stranded from out of town in a Range Rover so parts are hard to come by but she went above and beyond
