  The guys (Oscar, Reggie and Mile) were a very efficient and communicated the entire time. Did not try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Gave me great advice on a high mileage oil and showed me two filters. One needed replacing and one did not. Great experience and I’m bringing my other car to them soon!

  Customer service is something big to me, and Oscar delivered EXCELLENT customer service. I had a simple oil change, but he was polite, efficient, knowledgeable, and overall a great employee to this business. This is my first time taking my car to this establishment, but I will definitely be back! Thank you Oscar!

  I was looking for an oil change, received stellar customer service today from Reginald and Miles, at the Powder Springs, GA location. Greeted warmly, with a friendly smile but displaying a high degree of professionalism, that conveyed trustworthiness. I am a repeat customer and will be back.Thank you Strickland Brothers!!

  I discovered this Oil Change service by accident in my neighborhood and decided to try them. Wow! From my arrival they showed me what customer service should be like - I was given a bottle of cold water. Then with the highest level of professionalism they proceeded to not oil check my oil, but all other fluids - complimentary! What impressed me the most is that they discovered that I did not actually need an oil change as yet, but that my vehicle only needed to be topped off. They did this and did not even charge me. Everything was done with professionalism, friendliness, and honesty. For a change, I did not (as a female) feel ripped off or given service that I did not need. This is a wonderful establishment (and black-owned) who gave me the confidence to trust them and to cause me to want to go nowhere else when I need an oil change. This legit all the way. I loved it. This level of service is not often seen these days.

  From the moment I pulled up, I was greeted with a cold bottle of water. I was so impressed at this and they made me feel so welcome. Oscar, Brandon, and Miles were all incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They helped guide my new truck into the shop because I was nervous about driving it, and they were so patient and reassuring. Oscar explained everything they were doing along with price break downs and comparisons without me even having to ask, and the whole team went above and beyond to answer my questions, give helpful advice, and make sure my truck was taken care of. I've never had customer service this great at an oil change shop—they truly made me feel like a VIP. What stood out the most was their patience and genuine kindness. They never made me feel rushed or like my questions were a bother. That level of customer service is rare these days, and I truly appreciate the respect and care they showed me. Thank you, Oscar, Brandon, and Miles, for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend this team to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and exceptional service!
