  It said online it was open till 10. I came at 9 and it was closed. Waste of time and gas.

  I have been a customer of this store for over 10 years—that is, until I encountered the worst walking ego I’ve ever met: Mr. Johnson. Today, I came to the store to inquire about my options regarding a defective battery I had purchased there. I arrived 1 hour and 45 minutes before closing time. Upon entering, I greeted the staff twice, but I was completely ignored. When I approached Mr. Johnson and asked if he was available, he laughed sarcastically while throwing his arms up in the air... I have no idea what he found so amusing. I asked him if everything was alright—pointing out his poor attitude and the fact that he had ignored me twice, even after I called him by name. He claimed that he *had* responded to me... which is absolutely false. I showed him the purchase receipt and asked, "WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?" He was in such a rush to leave that he focused solely on acting in a disrespectful and irrational manner. He told me they were closing and that I should come back in the morning to process a return. I clarified, "Sir, I understand you want to leave; that is precisely why I only came to ask: 'WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?'" With a hostile attitude, he simply rushed me to leave the premises. I cannot fathom his complete lack of customer service—nor his lack of professionalism and patience when it comes to explaining something simple to a customer. People often forget that *he who does not live to serve, is unfit to live.* Supervisor Johnson: Be more humble.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service! I had an amazing experience at this AutoZone location! Jeffrey went above and beyond by helping me out and even installing my windshield wipers—quick, easy, and stress-free. Huge shoutout to Herley, the manager, who was incredibly helpful and kind enough to give me a discount (we love a manager who looks out 🙌). Mike and Caleb were also super friendly and welcoming—just genuinely nice guys who made the whole experience pleasant instead of “ugh, another errand.” Top-tier customer service all around. I 100% recommend this location and will definitely be back. Keep doing your thing, y’all! 🚗✨

  Even though it was just shortly before closing time last night, the staff — a kind gentleman and a kind lady — took the time to help me thoroughly with my request. They explained everything to me and guided me through the shop. I would gladly come back anytime. A very pleasant experience — very friendly and very professional.
