After my car came out of the car wash my entire hood, top of car still just as dirty as it was before going through. Windshield still had debris left from rain, and noticed the upper roller wasn’t working while going through the wash. I Went back around to the person at the counter and expressed that my car still wasn’t clean. I was told “ nothing that we can do except ask you to come back and speak with manager, Jack, we are aware that they turned off the upper roller washers but not sure why”. There were no signs stating such, and had I had known this, I would’ve gone elsewhere! Jack didn’t work that entire day and I was told he was working on Monday 7/13, so I went back Monday he wasn’t there! The assistant manager said the overhead rollers were broken , and were being replaced on Friday. I left a handwritten note for a return calls well as daily voicemails—-NO ONE bothered to call. I went through wash on Sunday 7/12/26, today is 7/20/26.Manager Jack was NEVER THERE, I left messages everyday, not one call back! Phones are screened with AI, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Poorly run business!! If a customer leaves a message a common courtesy would be to return the call, no one attempted to make it right! $24 for a less than par car wash for something they knew was wrong, is no way good business”! Believe me, word of mouth will go a long way! Shame on you Whistle Express Car Wash Port Wentworth GA! That was the last dollar you will ever get from me! It’s no different than theft! They stole my money for services I chose, but didn’t receive!
