After a frustrating experience at the Rincon location, where I sat in my car for over 30 minutes without anyone acknowledging me or providing an update, I decided to leave and drive to the Port Wentworth location. I am so glad I did.
From the moment I pulled in, the team at Port Wentworth immediately greeted me and let me know they were a little short-staffed, so the wait might be a bit longer than usual. I genuinely appreciated the honesty and communication. Being kept informed made all the difference, and I was more than happy to wait.
I especially want to recognize AJ for providing exceptional customer service. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain what maintenance my vehicle needed without making me feel rushed or pressured. Anytime he needed to reach into my car, he was respectful and always made sure I was comfortable first. That level of courtesy doesn’t go unnoticed.
It’s rare to find a team that combines great communication, professionalism, and genuine care for their customers, but the Port Wentworth location did exactly that. They completely turned around what started as a disappointing experience elsewhere. I’ll definitely be returning to this location for future service and highly recommend it to anyone looking for honest, respectful, and outstanding customer care.
