  My name is Randy. I know that the mechanic(s) at Valvoline Autocare on Pooler Parkway in Pooler GA are good at what they do and just not about being a mechanic. Nice people.   I went to the Valvoline location by Savannah Quarters and was helped by Andres, Dayvon, and George a few weeks ago and (as usual) it was a great experience. I work nights so I sleep during the days and, although I try my best not to come close to their closing time, sometimes I still can only make it in the last 30 minutes. These gentlemen were STILL polite, friendly, patient, and informative. They did not make me feel bad in the least (like so many other places where it is clearly apparent that everyone is ready to go home). THIS is the reason why I will ALWAYS come to THIS location and this location only. I feel respected as a woman and like my vehicle is in great hands here. It's a pleasure to do business here.
