The one woman who I guessed was the manager seemed to have a crew of inexperienced people working for her. The oil change was fine, but being told they can't check the gearboxes in the Truck unless they service them is a reason I'll go back to Jiffy Lube. We put way too many miles on our vehicles to not have them checked when we get our oil services.

She said that it was company policy and she would get in trouble. So, with having oil changes & tire rotations every 2 to 3 weeks & I don't wanna have to go to two different places, I guess Valvoline Oil Change places wont be getting our business anymore.

I have never seen my oil light since i purchased my vehicle 12 years ago and the refused any refund. They are not reliable but instead liars, over charge for oil changes but act like they better than other companies.

Followup: Added pics of oil stains on the other side of vehicle. Valvoline said they would get right on a solution in 2 days, but never heard from them. Called again and they said a manager would call me... no call.
