There were so many employees that were ready and available to service my car. The guy that checked me in was very professional. The overall price of the oil change was affordable. I was very impressed with how fast they were able to do the service. Awesome experience!

I had a bunch of expensive issues after that and I’m sure that’s why

I was told that a bolt on my vehicle was stripped or broken and that they were unable to change the oil filter. What was most frustrating was being told that I would have to pay to have it repaired elsewhere, even though the damage allegedly occurred while they were servicing my vehicle. I came in expecting a simple oil change and instead left with a vehicle issue that I now have to deal with on my own. There was no accountability or effort to make the situation right. If your technicians damage a customer’s vehicle during service, the customer should not be responsible for the repair costs. Very disappointed with the way this situation was handled and would not recommend this location based on my experience.
