    I originally went through my insurance to file a claim when my windshield on my truck was hit with rocks from lawn service that was being done while I was out of town. I had a pretty significant crack right up the middle of the glass and knew I would need it replaced. After working with my insurance they recommended Safelite. The website was easy to navigate and they had plenty of appointments for me to choose from that worked with my schedule. Since I wanted to get this fixed ASAP I was able to chose a week day appointment and was even able to have them come to do the repair in the parking lot of my work, which was so convenient. Daryll called me the morning of my appointment and let me know when he was 30 minutes out. He arrived on time and was able to walk me through exactly what he would do during the service. My windshield was replaced and calibrated within the hour! Daryll humored it silly questions with kindness and grace since this was my first time having to go through this process and let me know how to care for my windshield the few days prior to the service which was mainly not getting it wet. Overall my experience was great. Setting everything up and the service itself was with little effort on my part. Thank you again to Daryll for adding to the great experience.

    I received excellent service from this establishment! Wait time was actually quicker than original estimate. Waiting area was comfortable enough. The service tech was very friendly and professional and noticeably well-trained. The front-end receptionist. was ultra courteous and professional inspite of my initial rudeness ( which I was deeply sorry for, and said so in apology). This business highly exceeded my expectations.Kudos to everyone involved. Thank- you very much!

    I wish I read all the reviews first and saved my time and money. DO NOT trust this company, they look for every excuse not to do the job, and if they do it apparently they break other components of your car and then that's on you. Took my money in an instant but wanna play the 5 to 7 business days to return it. Spent weeks waiting for the appointment just for them to cancel. Unless the job is simple, easy, and convenient, DONT USE SAFELITE. Also read the owners responses to the negative reviews. Only deflects responsibility.

    My driver side window was shattered by someone trying to break in my car . My husband made an appointment for me to get it repaired with you guys. The first guy that called me about scheduling and pricing was really nice and professional. However, I noticed that I had not received an emailed quote. I called the 964 number and was rudely greeted by the customer service representative.I asked her to send quote and gave her an updated email address. She said she would send email and hung up. I realized that I never received email so I called back. She did not answer the phone until after I called back twice. She answered the phone with “Yes” instead of the business name and proper greeting. I told her that I did not receive email and she called out the email address which was incorrect again.i gave her my email again and asked for her to resend while I was on phone and she said that it takes time lady. I told her that it didn’t take long to receive my last email that I was waiting on. She told me to have a good day. I asked to speak to her manager and then she hung up in my face. I proceeded to call back 3 times and she would not answer. I’m very appalled at the treatment of a future customer. How could a company expect someone to spend their hard earned money when they are being treated that way by front office staff? I’ve never encountered such poor customer service from a company that expected me to do business with them. I hope that management will address this issue promptly so that other potential clients will not be discouraged from using this company.

    **UPDATE** They haven't shown up for the rescheduled appointment today 6/18/2026. No showing jobs when you're responsible for the warranty issue is unacceptable. Safelite Pooler forgot about the customer. The place has lost its touch. Today I arrived to discuss the warranty of my company car, I was immediately met with opposition, attitude, a dismissive behavior. Here's the interesting part. I opened this store location years ago and I know for a fact that the Customer Advocate can and should: 1) Introduce yourself and greet the customer, with a smile. I couldn't even get the name or the title of her because she refused with a " I'm here, whatcha need " attitude. 2) she REFUSED to take my insurance information that I had in hand. I know that I can be processed right there in person. The I asked if she was the CA or the manager, because I needed a manager to deal with a warranty issue that was unresolved. (Someone in your stores is stealing glass and deleting tickets, someone should audit the SV2 audit trails). Michael then gave me the same smug attitude. It's no wonder AutoGlassNow and Arrow Auto Glass as taken your footprint in the Savannah and Low Country. Do something about your sorry customer service and management immediately. Deleting tickets to save a technician and store warranty rate is grounds for dismissal, right?
