  Very positive experience with windshield replacement on 2026 Santa Fe XRT. Easy to navigate the website and schedule mobile service. Technician arrived in middle of the timeframe allotted and was able to complete the repair in less than 2 hours! Tech was professional, courteous and made sure any questions I had were answered. There were no pressure upsales for stuff I didn't request oir need. The work area and inside of vehicle were left in a clean condition. Very satisfied for the services rendered and only paying the insurance deductible.

  Setting up the appointment was relatively easy. However, they initially didn’t want to come to my location and wanted me to bring the vehicle to them, so they went ahead and scheduled an appointment to come out anyway. They later called to cancel and told me I needed to bring it to them. I didn’t respond because I wasn’t able to bring it to them, but they showed up at my location anyway. The technician seemed great, was courteous, finished the job, and I paid him before he left. However, two days later, it rained, and my windshield started leaking. I called them, and they said they wouldnt come back out, but then told me I needed to bring the vehicle to them. Very disappointed, to say the least.

  Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve had. Scheduled an appointment a week in advance, W/O was created everything. Received email confirmation and everything, come Friday shop cancelled it but nothing was sent. Wasted an entire day waiting. Call customer service they were useless, the shops customer service said they sent an email which they didn’t. I received a phone call prior saying no further action was required if i wanted to keep the appointment. Customer service refused to make it right, acknowledge they messed up, or get me scheduled in a timely manner. What an absolute disgrace waste someone’s entire day and don’t even let them know you cancelled their service request..

  I recently purchased my very first brand new vehicle. Day four I got a Crack in my windshield. I was devastated. I was so worried damage would be caused in the process of replacing. The technician was very kind and patient and talked me through the process. He assured me he would take care of my vehicle. They did an excellent job. Hopefully I won't need to replace again but if I do I would trust Safelite.

  Stay away! Yes I brought my wife vehicle here to inspect a rearview mirror attached to our windshield they damage a year ago! The work was under warranty I had them look at the windshield and acknowledge at their sight they were liable. Fast forward a week later they sent a technician to verify once again what we already determined. Never heard from them again! If you call their business no support will hang up! Safelite is a fraud company stay away! I will deal with them from a corporate level but pathetic business. You are better off taking your vehicle to the dealership if any road hazard occur. Once again you been warned.
