★★★★★ A Chip, a Hug, and Top-Notch Service 🤗🚘 We were driving up from Florida to Black Mountain, NC 🏔️ when our windshield took a chip just south of Savannah, so we stopped at the Safelite on US Hwy 80 E in Pooler. Rashawn came right out to the car to look at it herself 👀. She was upfront that a repair couldn't be guaranteed, the chip might still spread, and since it sat right in the driver's line of sight, we likely wouldn't be happy with the result either way. She walked us through the best solution instead of just selling us the quickest fix 🙌. Her customer service skills are wonderful 💯. She was kind, patient, and genuinely cared about getting it right for us. I was so grateful I gave her a hug before we left 🤗! If you're traveling through the Savannah/Pooler area and need glass help, ask for Rashawn. Thank you! 💕

Safelite in Pooler is awesome! We had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Gage (Our Mobile Auto Glass Technician). Mr. Gage was very professional, knowledgeable, informative and respectful. My husband and I was informed of what the next steps were as Mr. Gage was replacing our glass. He took the time to explain the process so we would know how to properly care for the new replacement. Thank you Mr. Gage for the wonderful work and being polite as well as treating our property as if it were your own!

They NEVER showed to my first appointment at my home.....Never called me to update me....i had to call on four separate occasions .....never got a tech that day.....then had to bring my car in.....the receptionist was rude and had the audacity to try to jump my case for be 2 minutes late....when they couldn't professionally communicate to me on the previous missed appointment.... the amount of nonsense I had to go through......it wasn't worth it.....shop around especially in Savannah

I usually don’t write reviews, but my experience with the Pooler, GA shop was unbelievable. It actually took 4 appointments before I could get my cracked windshield replaced. Three of the appointments were scheduled for the technician to come to my home and work in the driveway, which of course my day had to be cleared for their 5 hour window. Twice, no one showed or even contacted me, and for the third appointment someone called stating the windshield they received was broken in shipment. I finally just scheduled to have the work done at their shop. They told me they currently don’t have a manager, which may be part of the problem, but the level of reliability exhibited was “far from great.”
