  Omg!!! Janard at the Express Oil Change Pooler Location was Extremely friendly with excellent customer service! No wait time! great price!!! Also help to reset my oil life. I will definitely be back 💕

  Anthony from the Pooler was very helpful with helping rectify an issue with a tire purchase and alignment that happened starting at the Richmond Hill store. They were unable to get the vehicle into alignment. I had to take the vehicle home for the weekend and bring it back on Monday. Richmond Hill was unable to get a tech in to fix it on Monday. I was referred to the Berwick store to attempt to fix the problem. The Berwick store also struggled to get the vehicle into alignment. At the end of the day the vehicle was returned to me with the vehicle still out of alignment, check engine light on, traction lights on, brakes malfunctioning, anti-collision lights on. The Berwick store recommended I bring it to the pooler store. The next day, when I was walking out of the vehicle, I noticed something hanging from the wheel-well and it was a wrench still hanging from the bolt on the suspension arm left from the Berwick store. Anthony from Pooler store was the first Tech to look at the tires and vehicle and stated that those tires never should’ve been recommended, We discussed a potential radial pull and swapped out one of the tires that was most susceptible. He was very hopeful throughout the process, though there was still an alignment issue. After this, I brought it back to the dealership to see if there was something else going on. Dealership, Tech Concluded there was still radial wall issues. He also stated he would not recommend these tires for this vehicle. Brought all the paperwork back to the Richmond Hill store to get the issue resolved. I was hesitant to have them do any work or touch the vehicle. We came to an agreement to get the work done at Pooler with Anthony. Anthony swapped out the tires with ones more suitable for the vehicle. The vehicle works fine now. It was very frustrating to have to go through three different stores and then the dealership to finally get to the bottom of the problem. I still had to pay the difference in price for the warranty between the tires. I do feel that probably should’ve been absorbed by the company for the inconvenience of wasting almost 5 full days, phone calls, and trying to fix the problem. I will say that everybody at each store was helpful in trying to figure out the problem except for Chris at the Richmond Hill store. It took several days of me following up to get answers from him. His initial responses were short, abrasive, and that it was my problem that it was the wrong tires, even though it was his store that made the recommendation. He would constantly talk over me forcing me to raise my voice to get him to stop talking and listen. His Tech also expressed frustration to me on the initial day of the work being done while they were still struggling to figure out why the car wasn’t getting into alignment that he was gone for the day. They stated it was a trend while there were still technical problems going on. His assistant manager and techs worked for an extra 30 minutes past closing to try to fix the problem and he wasn’t able to be reached. I would not recommend going to the Richmond Hill store. I will be using the Pooler store from here on out.

  Customer service exceptional. Receive detailed explanation of the repairs that needed to be done on my vehicle. Courteous staff. Have no problem recommending other persons who need their vehicle serviced or repaired. Thorough examination of the car was done to determine the issues before the repairs were carried out. Also, based on the repairs needed to be done, explanation was done in order of priority.

  AVOID THIS PLACE Was buying a car off Facebook, went here for a pre puchesise check cuse it was only $20 and you could come in with no appointment They try to convince you to do things you don't need doing for prices that are way too high. They said I had a clip on one of my breaks missing, the clip held another pin in that held the break casing together, when got home the pin was half way sticking out after only an hour of driving, It is extremely unlikely that the clip just fell off, and if it did that pin would have already fallen out They tried to charge me $150 to get that fixed, said that they had to buy an entire kit and couldn't just get the clip I found the clip online for $7 and easily Installed it myself AVOID THIS PLACE

  I was well taken care of by Janard and the assistant manager within 48 hours of bringing my car in with such care and thoughtfulness. They each listened to my concerns and gave me the information I needed in a well structured way. Not only that I was able to get my car inspected and fixed quicker than anticipated. So grateful for the experience.
