  Had a great experience at Advance Auto Parts thanks to Greg and Brian. Both employees were very knowledgeable, professional, and jumped in to help immediately without any hesitation. They made my warranty wiper blade replacement quick and hassle-free. It’s rare to find customer service this helpful and efficient these days. Definitely appreciate the great attitude and excellent support. Highly recommend this location!

  I accompanied my 80-year-old neighbor to this store after jumping her car that had a bad battery. After greeting us coldly and selling us the battery, the sales clerk then said he would not install the battery because there were only two employees in the nearly empty store (something he said should only take 10 minutes). He offered tools to the elderly lady to change it herself (she couldn't even possibly lift the battery). He carried the battery to the front of the car, looked at the existing battery and said he'd check with his boss to see if he could change it since the car wouldn't start to get the new battery home. The manager also refused, and so I changed it for her (hopefully correctly). It took more time to discuss whether or not they would change it than it would have taken them to change it (5 minutes for someone who'd never done it before). They were unmoved by the huge sign that stated FREE BATTERY INSTALLATION on the front window or by the white-haired elderly woman in an emergency on a Sunday afternoon. They both preferred to lean on the counter in a store with one customer instead. The battery was decent quality for a fair price but the false advertising and indifferent service will have me using any other parts store but this one. I can't share the photo of them in there leaning on the counter doing nothing right now or I would. Well, now the manager is outside changing the windshield wipers for a 30-year-old man as I write this. Unbelievable! He did say that it was up to the manager's discretion whether to change them or not. I guess he just didn't like the look of us and used the excuse of only having two employees available as to why he couldn't step right outside the front door.

  I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Advance Auto Parts on Hwy 80 in Pooler, GA! I needed a new battery and Glenn was incredibly professional, polite, and took care of the installation quickly and efficiently. He made you feel welcomed the moment you walked through the door and made the whole process completely hassle-free even in the midst of a computer issue they were having. He was handling their IT dept on the phone and never skipped a beat with me face to face. I also have to give a huge shout out to Kelly, who was simply amazing and provided top-notch customer service. The entire team here is fantastic and truly goes above and beyond for their customers. Highly recommend this location!

  Horrible customer service from the middle aged bald man. When checking out I asked if he can look up items purchased from my phone number as I have an account and he said yes. I said cool i don't need my receipt then to him, and left. An hour later I came back to return 2 of the 3 items I had bought. He said "Do you have the receipt" to which I said no and he said I need it for the return. I told him then why did you say you could look it up from my phone number an hour ago?? Then he says "whatever man" and begins processing a return then passive aggressively tells me "next time just take the receipt" so I tell him "next time tell me i need it for a return" and he says "okay im not doing this im already breaking company policy by giving you a return" Will not be returning, except to cancel my advanced auto account
