Went to get services done today on my truck but for some odd reason there were no technicians. I’m only putting 5 stars because of the assistant store manager Clayton. I honestly feel bad for the guy because it’s so hard to get help and he was in there doing all that he can do by himself. Thank you Clayton!

Clayton was soooo helpful and wonderful! He was so informative when I tried getting services. He was the only person in the store and that kind of concerned me because where are the other employees? His customer service was the absolute best out of all of the Mavis stores that I have been to. Clayton need a raise!

Just want to share my positive experience with the Mavis Tire 240 S Peachtree Pkwy in Peachtree City, GA. Tony the Manager was very professional and did an amazing job doing my wheel alignment on my suv. He took it for a little test drive to make sure it was good. Then because it wasn’t to his satisfaction and put my car back on the wheel alignment machine until it was perfect! 👌🏾 I chose to come here, because I just felt that the one in Crosstown did the job, but not to my satisfaction.

Well, I took my car here about 6 wks ago for a patch, they could have let me know then that my front tires were in need of replacing. I made an appointment to get my new tires and when I walked in I could tell they were struggling. One customer was frustrated because the tire she was sold was not an equivalent to what she had on her car and the guy running the desk said it was his first day alone running it. My car wasn’t taken in till 45 min past my appointment time. And another customer’s car was done and they never called her to check out. She finally asked and they got her checked out. Definitely struggling here in customer service
