Took a long time for brake job but the staff seemed to know what they’re doing. The men’s room had no paper towels and the water dispenser had no cups. But a very nice guy went out and bought some cups.

I went in and asked to have my hub bearing replaced. I’ve had this problem on other cars and recognized the problem. After taking the car for a test drive and looking at it, the technician told me my hub bearing was just fine and the problem was my shocks. He said the noise I was hearing was due to the abnormal wear of the tires caused by the worn shocks. Tires that were replaced with the Mavis store brand 75K mile tire just about a year ago. I had to leave later that morning to Columbia SC so I just told them to put on two new tires for now . Cost approximately $450. New tires made no difference. I should have held on to my old tires as they probably had another 40 to 50 miles left. In my haste I did not. This week I took my car to CBA, replaced the hub bearing and my car has never driven better or more quietly. I trusted their “expertise” and now I’m out $450 for tires I didn’t need.

Awesome service! We had our tires rotated and new windshield wipers put on our car in APR 2026. The wipers have a one month warranty. Fast forward to 4 OCT 2026. Coming home at night in the rain the drivers side wiper just busted off. We called Mavis and they said to bring it on in…they would take care of it. The did…at no cost to us! Thank you Mavis!

I have visited this Mavis location about 4 times and the service was always great and they did their best to get me in and out as quickly as possible. The time I had to purchase new tires they gave me a quote and I shopped around for about 2 weeks and couldn't find a better price. The purchase and install price turned out to be even lower with the military discount. Highly recommend for your tire and maintenance needs.
