Went in because front inner and outer tie rods needed to be replaced.
Called for a quote, and they were able to get me in right away. Weekday around 11am.
Massive shout-out to Nono for walking me through the process, and keeping me posted with status updates or questions when shop had any. I always felt reassured and confident things were taken care of when we spoke.
Another shout-out to Garrison and the guy who dealt with the one lug nut (I believe Dul?) who moved into their roles recently and made it seem like they've been in the shop for years.
Lots of rust had built up under my car from living up north, so massive massive shout-out to the entire shop for stepping up!! They walked me back a few times in the shop, and it was really neat to see everyone working together under my car. Your hours of elbow grease and dedication does not go unnoticed!!
Even though it was a lengthy project for both parties, I would happily wait it again for the service and attention to detail I received as a customer.
Would recommend to anybody looking for great service at a competitive price. Coming back for all future needs!
To management: The shop staff are great, and I will automatically come back to this location solely because of them and the experience they gave. I would have tipped if I could, they deserve a raise.

I always have a great experience at this Mavis location, but I especially wanted to recognize Nono! He was the one who informed me about my split tire, took the time to explain what was going on, and made sure everything was handled quickly and efficiently. You can really tell he has a great handle on his team and the overall flow of the shop. His leadership, professionalism, and attention to his customers truly stand out.
Being a business owner myself, I really appreciate the way Nono manages his team and takes care of his customers. With our business being only 5 minutes away, it’s great knowing we have a place nearby that I can confidently recommend to our clients and know they’ll receive amazing service. Very thankful. Nono was a huge help and blessing to my family. Our tire was getting low and he and his team helped find two nails in our tire, and patched it for free. We dropped the car off and said we may be back closer to closing time and he said he would be more than happy to stay 30 minutes after closing for us. With another baby on the way, this was more than a blessing. Awesome customer service.
