Highly recommend this place if you are looking for the best customer service. I have been using them for years for my Hyundai sonata. They have been helpful with problem solving issues, and my go to for tires, oil changes and help with diagnostic issues. Today they helped assessed my car battery life and a great resource to keep you car running in perfect condition. James Griggs was kind, understanding and got me taken care of quickly. I’ve been coming to Mavis for a while and usually have a good experience, but I want to specifically recognize the Manager, James, who helped me today he was really great.
From the moment I arrived, he was professional but also very easy to talk to. His attitude and communication made the whole visit a lot smoother and less stressful than I expected. He took the time to explain everything, answered my questions, and didn’t make me feel pressured at all which I really appreciated.
I actually ended up making a couple purchases because he was honest and helpful about what made sense for my situation, not just trying to sell me things. That kind of approach goes a long way.
Overall, this visit was a really good experience thanks to him, and he definitely seems like a strong asset to the team.
