  I had a glitch occur during the process. However, the branch manager in Peachtree City, Ga. Her name is AJEINE CHAMBERS as she took the time with a professional manner to make sure all my needs were taken care of. Many companies has lost their care for individuals. However, its apparent that Enterprise is the Chic Filet of the industry. Courteous, friendly, and professional.

  Entire rental process was seamless. Everyone was polite and offered great service; starting with the gentleman who checked me in, the gentleman who explained the insurance plan with me and ending with the most pleasant gentleman Quan who helped me on vehicle return. Quan is absolutely the best! Thank you for being so kind and going above and beyond. Pick up at Peachtree City Enterprise and drop off at ATL airport.

  I had three different rental cars over the course of a month period of time. The first rental I received was shown to me with every window rolled down, didn’t think much about it. I drove this car to work - upon returning to the vehicle with the windows rolled up, the stench of weed was so strong it caused my throat to close up on my drive home. Thankfully, was able to swap this car for another one at Enterprise. THEN, when I went back for a separate rental, I was again met with a weed-contaminated car. I am not sure if it was the same car, but the smell of weed in these cars was enough to cause concern that if I were pulled over by the police, I would’ve been questioned for a DUI. Completely unacceptable. Thankfully again, there was another car available. The bad part with this final car was that it had a cracked windshield in the driver’s POV, no modern features like CarPlay, and handled like a 2005 Honda Fit. Very loud, very small. Also, every time I went into the Enterprise office or tried to call, they were understaffed and couldn’t take my call or I had to wait a long time to be helped.

  If I could give this Enterprise location in Peachtree City, GA, zero stars, I would. This was, by far, the worst car rental experience I’ve ever had. The condition of the vehicles was completely unacceptable. I was given a car that had roaches in it, another vehicle that appeared to have not been cleaned after the previous customer, and even a car with a flat tire that required me to spend my own money to put air in it just to continue driving. No customer should have to deal with vehicles in that condition. The customer service was just as disappointing. Instead of taking responsibility and resolving issues, I felt like I was met with dishonesty, poor communication, and a lack of concern for customers. My experience with Jaron, the Assistant Branch Manager, was especially frustrating. In my opinion, he was rude, dismissive, unprofessional, and demonstrated poor leadership and customer service throughout our interactions. This location gave me the impression that customer satisfaction is not a priority. Based on my experience, I would not recommend the Enterprise location in Peachtree City, Georgia, to anyone. There are too many other rental companies that treat customers with respect and provide clean, safe, and well-maintained vehicles. I hope Enterprise’s corporate office investigates this location and takes meaningful steps to improve its vehicle standards and customer service
