  I had an outstanding experience with Enterprise from start to finish. The entire customer service team was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to making the rental process as smooth as possible. Every question was answered with patience, and they went above and beyond to ensure I had exactly what I needed. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready when promised, making pickup quick and hassle-free. Returning the vehicle was just as easy, with a team that was courteous, efficient, and appreciative of my business. What stood out most was how well the staff treated their customers. It's clear they take pride in providing excellent service, and it made a lasting impression. In a time when great customer service can be hard to find, this team truly exceeded my expectations.   Jonquavious was very helpful and made my pick up and drop off very smooth. I'll definitely make this location my preferred rental location for future rentals. He greeted me on my return to rent again.

  Horrible customer service. Was supposed to be picked up from the body shop and they didn’t arrive if they did show up they were more than 15 minutes late. That’s when i decided to leave and go over there. I was coming back home from Florida where my license was misplaced when i spoke to customer service they said my ID would be sufficient as we are going through my insurance. When I arrived at the location after not being picked up they didn’t allow me to rent without a copy of my drivers license. I made them aware that the customer service stated that it would be okay and the guy at the counter said “they don’t work in the branch so they don’t really know what’s going on.” Excuse me? That is your CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE THEY SHOULD KNOW WHATS GOING ON. Bad business go to hertz instead.

  We Rented The Mercedes Sprinter Van And We Had Problems That Wasn't Brought To Our Attention. Tire Had A Leak In It That We Had To Keep Filling Up We Had To Buy Something Called Blue Def And Keep That In It, That Was The Other Leak We Found In This Van We Didn't Rent The Van To Do Maintenance For Them.
