On Saturday, September 19, my wife and I (both Caliber members for several months) took our 2016 Toyota Prius through the car wash. About three-quarters of the way through, we felt a strong jolt as the car lifted and dropped followed by a second jolt. Afterward, we found damage to the front driver's side bumper, the undercarriage, and the rear driver's side passenger wheel well.
The attendants, Ainsleigh and Killian, called their manager and helped us fill out a claim. They were both very apologetic and tried to be helpful. While we were there, an SUV went through and experienced a similar issue, though with less damage due to higher ground clearance. Ainsleigh and Killian shut the wash down after talking with the second customer.
What Happened Next:
September 22: I submitted two repair quotes three days after the incident. Of note: one of the body shop service managers commented, "Oh yeah. That car wash has sent us a lot of business."
Follow-ups: The Caliber manager has not provided his name—I only communicate through a generic email address—and has only replied once to say he "sent the quotes over." I've since followed up twice more: once on Friday, September 25, and again today, October 5.
October 1: I submitted a concern form on the Caliber corporate website. I received an automated confirmation that it is being reviewed, but have heard nothing further.
This has been a major runaround. Use this car wash at your own risk. I'll update this review if anything changes.
I had a great experience at this car wash! The attendant Will was so kind, friendly, and helpful. He went out of his way to help me figure out how to fold in my mirrors, which I really appreciated. It’s the little things like that and having someone who takes the time to help that make such a difference. Great customer service—I will definitely be back!
The left wash rollers were not working when we went through. The employee was aware of this being an ongoing issue. He said the roller would not be fixed for another week. You would expect a company to not take your money knowing that their equipment is broken. I was not offered compensation for half of my car not being washed. At the very least they should warn customers that their equipment is broken and have employees there to wash the car by hand since the equipment is knowingly broken.

I recently went to caliber car wash for a wash and this employee named Andersen met me at the pay station and recommended me all of the washers and was very professional and I was very satisfied with my wash experience!

I had a wonderful experience at Caliber Car Wash, and I especially want to recognize Erick for his outstanding customer service! He is extremely attentive and genuinely goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. From taking my payment to personally washing down my vehicle before I entered the car wash, he was helpful and attentive every step of the way. He even made sure I had plenty of towels to clean and dry my car afterward.
It’s the little details and the genuine care for customers that really stand out. Erick’s friendly attitude and attention to detail make a big difference in the overall experience. Caliber is lucky to have someone like Erick on their team!
