  Took my Kia in for oil change and a few other services done. Alfredo was first person to greet me and see what I needed and Conrad was there to help explain everything also without trying to up sale me extra unnecessary work. I am sure Alfredo and Conrad and guys are probably tired of seeing me. Every time something goes wrong or feels off I feel completely comfortable with taking my car to get checked out by any of the wonderful employees. Thank you guys and girl so much!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers, and I especially want to recognize Daniel for being absolutely wonderful! When I pulled in, Daniel immediately came over and started helping me with my car. He didn’t waste any time figuring out what was going on with my tire, and he was incredibly friendly and reassuring throughout the entire process. What I appreciated most was how honest and upfront he was with me. Once he looked at my tire, he explained that there was a possibility that it might not be repairable with just a patch and that I could potentially need a new tire. He made sure I knew that BEFORE doing anything that could result in an additional charge, so there were no surprises. He was so kind about it and really helped keep me from worrying. Thankfully, just a few minutes later, Daniel came back and let me know that he was able to repair my tire with a patch after all! He even helped me get a discount, which I truly appreciated, especially as someone who works in public education and is trying to be mindful of every dollar. Daniel was honest, kind, efficient, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me rather than just making a sale. He never did anything without explaining it to me and getting my approval first. The whole process was incredibly quick—I was there for around 30 minutes and definitely less than an hour! The building was also clean and welcoming, and everyone I interacted with was friendly. I’m very thankful for the experience and will absolutely be coming back for my next oil change, air filter change, and any other maintenance my car needs in the future. Thank you so much, Daniel, for making what could have been a stressful situation feel so easy! You were amazing, and I really appreciate your kindness and honesty. 😊 08/28 Halie Moon

  I had a really great experience here! Daniel was super nice and helpful the whole time. They got everything done smoothly and even fixed one of my tires that was installed incorrectly somewhere else. Daniel also gave me some really good deals which I definitely appreciated. Overall the service was great, everyone was nice, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you Daniel!! 10/10 recommend!

  I dont usually leave reviews but I came here this evening 8/18/26 fir an oil change , it was my first time at this place so I was confused about where to go the Hispanic guy and girl who worked there were laughing at me and he was shaking his head laughing because I guess I went to the wrong spot and I really didnt like the disrespect they weren't helpful at all . I left and went to another oil change place. Worst first experience will not come back.
