Love this rental location. I go out of my way to rent from this place vs the gainesville location.
I had a slight issue with my rental, and Kelsey took care of it, with no problems. Very satisfied with my interactions with this enterprise. Give them all a raise!!

I'm so disappointed we have used enterprise I know over 10yrs. I made reservations 2months in advance like I usually do when we the family are going on vacation during the summer. My pickup day was on Friday @2 pm I arrive on time for my vehicle, and was told by one of the employee that he has to go to Commerce to pickup a vehicle because the one I had requested wasn't available. I asked how long would it take he implied he was going to leave now and would give me a call when he return. I never received a call from the man who works at the car rental company which is enterprise. The next day I call but was unable to get through I later went to enterprise to pickup the vehicle and I was told they didn't have any vehicle available, I leave the next morning going on vacation with my family and I don't have a vehicle to use because people decide to keep them longer than they should have is what I was told regardless of my reservation, I wasn't called with any explanation whatsoever. Is it right for those people who have made reservations with a company that overbooked and don't have the respect to reach out to them to tell them that they made a mistake. I guess they feel they don't owe you anything my company uses them but you best believe I will be reaching out to my employer about the customer service. I might not mean anything to you but I will not give my money to anyone who doesn't value me as a consumer.
Team Enterprise Oakwood was very helpful and I appreciate everything they did. I will definitely visit this store in three weeks for my next trip! 💙🤟🏻

I rented a vehicle from this location, a Sonata. The condition was deplorable as evidenced by the photos. This isn’t a knock on the branch staff as they, especially Kelsey, were very apologetic and helpful but the corporate office should be ashamed of offering this vehicle in this condition. If this is reflective of what they are offering it does not meet their stated “clean” standards and It should have been retired as it has over 48,000 miles and is a light fabric interior.

I had a very negative experience today with Enterprise. I made a reservation well in advance for a mini-van. I even called some days before to confirm the Oakwood location would have the vehicle I reserved. Well, there were no mini-vans available there and then I was told call Enterprise to find out if another location had the car I needed. I called (upsettingly so, because if your center has posters claiming customers are your “first priority”, I don’t understand why they can’t call themselves and find out. Then, I made a reservation for the Winder location because according to the agent, that location had a minivan available. Well, when I arrived at the Winder location, I was told they had no such availability and because I made the reservation on the same day they couldn’t do anything. Then I called enterprise customer service and they said that they would have the Winder location call me to offer me the possibility of other vehicles… I’m still waiting on that call… I hope Enterprise considers improving their customer service because it is wrong to have people make plans and count on a service that will not deliver. Will not be considering any rental service with enterprise for future trips.
