  I will ALWAYS chose this location after being told by Cleveland and Gainesville they had a vehicle and having a reservation made just to get there and be told they have nothing, I went to oakwood and Jaylen was able to put my son into a vehicle right away. He was super nice and very helpful.

  Easy check-in. Left too quickly so did realize amount of cigarette smell in car. Bad. But attendant kind enough to give me discount upon car return

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Experience at Enterprise in Oakwood, GA! I had an amazing experience with the Enterprise location in Oakwood, GA and was extremely satisfied with the service I received! From beginning to end, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. I especially want to recognize Marius, Tariq, and Garric for their outstanding customer service. They were all extremely friendly, professional, helpful, and genuinely made sure I was taken care of. You can tell they truly care about their customers, and that made such a difference in my experience. What really stood out to me was that when I returned the vehicle, they even gave me a ride home! I thought that was awesome and such a thoughtful extra touch. It’s not often you receive customer service that goes above and beyond like that. Thank you so much to Marius, Tariq, Garric, and the entire Enterprise Oakwood team for making my rental experience such a positive one. I will definitely be returning to this location for my future rental needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional customer service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 experience!

  Booked a car for Thursday, a week in advance. Called Monday to request pick up service. Called Thursday to verify pickup, no pick up was marked in the system. Gentleman on the phone said he was only one there and could not get me, then did something for 5 minutes before then saying they'd have someone come pick me up in twenty. I call twenty minutes before closing, as no call back or pick up, new guy on the phone saying he was closing for the other guy who left 40 minutes ago and there was no pick up in the system. I asked them if they could stay late, got non-committal answer, so I took an uber to get there at 6:12, no one there. Spent ~$30 for Ubers there and back, and no rental. Very unprofessional. Customer service lady was helpful in cancelling this reservation afterward.
