  We had a great experience with Camping World of Oakwood. We came in to sell our camper and felt like we were treated fairly and with respect throughout the entire process. Aaron was great to work with and took the time to show us several campers while we were there. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. Even warned him he may be wasting his time as we already had a tear drop we're going to use for the time being. Still a very friendly guy and helpful. We also had a great experience working with Jay on the purchase/used inventory side. He was straightforward with us, communicated well, and made us feel like we received a fair deal on our camper. Selling a camper can be a little stressful, especially when there's still a loan involved, but everyone we dealt with made the process easy and professional. We left feeling good about our decision and how we were treated. We're very pleased with our experience and would definitely recommend Camping World of Oakwood! See you around Vibe.

  I had the best experience with Ryan help! I was very comfortable talking to him about what I was looking for in purchasing a camper. He was knowledgeable and understanding when I was describing to him about what I was looking for. He didn’t pressure me to shop above what I could afford! I would and have told people about my experience and that if they are looking for a camper to go to camping world and to ask for Ryan!!!

  Incredible Sales Team, but the Worst Service and Pre-Delivery Inspection ImaginableI am writing this review to warn future buyers about the complete lack of competence and accountability in the service department at Camping World of Oakwood.First, I want to give credit where it is due. The sales team was amazing. Devin was phenomenal—he knew his product inside and out, was completely aware of his inventory, and helped us secure a great price on our 2023 Jayco North Point fifth wheel. We were cash buyers, so we completely bypassed the financing department. The front-end purchase experience was seamless.However, everything went downhill the moment the vehicle was handed over to the service and delivery teams.During our initial walkthrough, we noted several items that required repair, including the awning motors and a cracked water heater. Before leaving, we explicitly reminded our salesman to ensure that the service department emptied the waste tanks. They completely failed to do so. When we arrived home and opened up the camper, we were hit with a horrific, overwhelming smell of sewage. Every single tank was completely full, including the black tanks. While we were forced to dump someone else's nasty waste ourselves, we discovered a stuck black tank valve—a blatant defect that would have easily been caught during a proper Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI).We hauled the camper all the way back to have the valve repaired. A week later, we went to pick it up. We checked the tanks before leaving, only to find one of them was still 2/3 full. Because it was 6:00 PM on a Friday, the service department had completely cleared out. I complained to Jason, a finance manager, and demanded that the store compensate me for the diesel fuel wasted on these entirely unnecessary trips. I also requested a phone call from the General Manager, which I never received.The next morning, the service manager called me. I had to explain the entire situation all over again. He assured me he would handle it personally. Later that afternoon, I received a call stating the issue was fixed and the lines were running completely clear.We drove back to the dealership that night around 7:00 PM to verify the work. The moment we checked the valve, raw sewage instantly poured out of the pipe. We immediately closed it, checked the internal tank levels, and saw that the black tank was now completely full. They didn't fix a single thing; they just left a biohazard waiting for us.We had to haul the unit home and empty the sewage ourselves yet again. This time, we took thorough photos of the toilet and the drain pipe filled with brown, disgusting waste. It took until 11:00 PM that night before we finally got the lines flushed out to clean, clear water. On top of all this sewage negligence, the stereo head unit completely quit working by the time we got home, forcing us to replace it entirely out of pocket.Camping World of Oakwood is a one-hour drive each way from our home. The service department’s complete refusal to follow up on their work, double-check their repairs, or perform a basic quality inspection cost us an extra three trips back and forth—totaling six hours of wasted driving time and a fortune in diesel fuel. The sales staff may be great, but the service department is completely broken, deceptive, and completely lacks basic quality control. Do not trust them to touch your RV.

  We came in on a Saturday just planning to look around at campers with absolutely NO intention of buying one… and somehow left with a camper we absolutely LOVE! 😂 Our sales lady, Breezy, was absolutely fantastic! She made the entire experience so easy and enjoyable, and the paperwork was quick and seamless. Camping World truly made the whole process as stress-free as possible. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and highly recommend Breezy and her team! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  My wife and I traveled 2 hours to look at a specific camper, which unfortunately didn't work out. But, Ryan was more that ready to take us through the lot and look at over 25 different camper, multiple times, lol. He was extremely patient and a great host. We finally found the one my wife fell in love with. The experience was fantastic, Ryan was a joy to work with. I had already left multiple other dealerships angry with the customer service and inventory. But Oakwood and Ryan took care of us the right way. Thank you Ryan.
