- PSP Smith5 days ago2.0Overall, the car wash does a good job on the outside of the car. They rarely have wash cloth or spray at the parking area during off peak hours so you have to go to the office to get them. Came twice but the washer was either down or no one was there to let me thru. Didn't have their app on my phone, I tried them for one month. One day before it renewed in early April I asked to cancel. I was told, it will be done and the charge will be reversed. Apparently, they charge people at least 1 or 2 days before the new month begins. I waited over 2 1/2 weeks for a refund to my account. Nothing! I called the office a number of times and it goes right away to voice. Finally left a message and they never responded to. I was forced to call my credit card company to dispute the charge and have it reversed. They haven't even replied to the credit card company yet. Must be a Mom and/or Pop franchise! You are on your own for refunds! Giving them 2 stars because car got a good washing

There was no manager available the day it happened, I called customer care twice and also sent a message, but nobody ever followed up with me or helped resolve the issue. Very disappointing customer service and lack of responsibility after damaging a customer’s vehicle. I would not recommend this location.

Well Cahry( hope I spelled his name right) and Barry did an excellent job. I feel that is the most important part. Cahry had great customer service while helping me at the kiosk! And Barry got the car right for wash!!! I recommend this to everyone in the area!
- DMDavid MilleyApr 24, 20261.0I visited this car wash over a month ago and while going through the wash tunnel, the machine cracked my windshield. The on-site team referred me to a phone number that was disconnected after visiting the website. I emailed their helpline which just direct me back to the on-site team and when going back to the site multiple times I could never get in touch with the site manager, who seemed to never be around. After finally finding a team member who knew how to do the damage report I avoided over two weeks and heard nothing back on when I could possibly get my windshield repaired. Not only has a customer service been pushing responsibility amongst our own team, but the lack of a speedy response and resolution of the issue is a good reason. I’ve never recommend anyone go to this car wash or any of it Sisster locations.
