- DZDavid ZiskindSep 11, 20264.0Closed for several hours in the middle of a random day. No carpet matt machine. Great employees! M
- AKAnita KnightSep 10, 20261.01. Before I signed up, I was told by manager at the location I could get a military discount. 2. When I signed up he was not there and the young man that did it said he could not get it to work on his tablet, but I could come back on my next visit to get it. 3. I went back and the manager was there and sent me a text of the amount that was due on my next bill and that I had the discount. 4. BUT, my card was charged $10 more. 5. I sent a message to the info email and was told oops so sorry so sad. Stated I needed to email them a copy of my military ID to get the discount. Are you serious? You are just a car wash...If this was promised to me it should have been granted. Buy why am I sending you something via email? 6. I stated then cancel my membership. I was told it was too late to do. 7. I went back up to the car wash and the manager again was trying to help 8. The info line then emailed me and stated no one contacted them from this location to validate my claim. So then I was told by the info line that my membership had been cancelled. Why then would you continue to try and figure it out? And why would you lie at first and state it could not be done? 9. How is this at this level...As a matter of fact, why? I'm disgusted and disappointed...This has been a great waste of my time.
- SVSAMMY VASQUEZSep 9, 20265.0It has everything needed for a good car wash... excellent service and customer care; the staff is very friendly
