- TNTina NguyenApr 18, 20265.0I came earlier this morning to get a wash and there was a bit of an incident where the customer in front of me backed into my car while inside the wash. I won’t get into the details of everything, but I do want to shout out the staff for how it was handled. The manager, Jaeden, spoke to both parties individually and let me know how everything would be handled based upon the security footage. Jaeden was extremely polite and professional during our interactions. He was apologetic, even though the facility itself did nothing wrong. I’ve been coming to this wash location since before it was actually a Sud Stop and have always liked the service and amenities available. I continue to come here despite not having a membership (I just don’t use my car enough to justify it) and will continue to come for the occasional wash.
