- TTTim TimothyAug 25, 20265.0I have been to this Pull-A-Part a few times. Each time I received poor to rude service upon checking out. The people ignored my request when I ask for pricing of each item. Each of them only wanted to give me a total and each of them added an extra charge for a warranty that I did not ask for nor wanted. And when I ask them to remove the warranty, it really made them mad and they showed their anger. After experiencing this type of behavior, you can imagine my surprise when I received more than 5-star treatment from one employee named Marilyn. She was nothing like the other employees I had encountered there before. Marilyn greeted me with a beautiful smile and was very easy going and friendly. She did not have a problem telling me the price of each item and she ask me if I wanted the warranty instead of just adding it in. She, unlike the other employees, did not slam the items around. She was not making angry faces nor was she huffing and puffing like a freight train. With her superior customer service skills, she could easily work for a 5-star resort. With her great people skills, she really should be in management. I hope that Pull-A-Part realizes that Marilyn is a great asset to their business. She is the only reason I gave the business a 5-star review.
