  This has to be my favorite location every time I come there they are more than Fair. They treat me well. They greet me as soon as I walk in if anything needs to be adjusted, they do it with no problem. They always have very good running trucks very clean facility I have no complaints.

  If you have dogs with you avoid this location at all costs. Ive never been to a location that kicked my dogs out of the driver waiting area/break room until this location. Its 100 degrees and I have an elderly dog and a fearful dog. The manager after 2 hours of waiting told me the dogs had to leave. Then proceeded to hold the door open knowing my dogs were not leashed. Thank God my fearful dog didn't bolt but none the less . I left without getting my truck fixed. Update to my truck problem. My cab airbags were flat and the mechanic said my leveling valve was missing. I blew a tire and the tire guys located leveling valve and turned the knob and inflated my air bags within 5 seconds. This penske location needs to send their mechanics back to school and the manager is unworthy of his job. Customer service is not his strong suit. The young man working the service is absolutely amazing and needs to teach the manager about common courtesy.
