Came in for a rotation, left $200+ poorer with a flat brand-new tire**
We brought the car in for a tire rotation and were sold two new Pirelli tires. Less than 12 hours later, one of them was flat.
We paid for a tow back. Management found no nail or object, just a hole, and still blamed us. The regional manager claimed the leak was so fast the car "wouldn't have made it out of the parking lot," yet it made it home and held air overnight.
We were told it wasn't covered because we didn't buy road hazard protection, though the manager admitted the recording doesn't clearly show it was offered. They covered the replacement tire but still charged $40 to install it. With the tow, a simple rotation cost us over $200 extra.
I run a business. You don't make a customer pay to fix a tire you sold them the day before.

The shop had an administrative blunder regarding my appointment. I called two days ahead and spoke with the manager and mentioned that I'd be dropping my vehicle (make and model, details etc) off to have its breaks changed. Despite this, by the time I got off work they hadn't started looking at my vehicle yet. I learned also to my dismay that they hadn't even ordered the parts for my vehicles repairs yet.
Despite this major setback, Rodney took over my case and was very direct, honest, and communicative about the timeline for my vehicle to be ready. He called when he ordered parts, when they arrived and started repairs, and when the work was finished. For my troubles (because the vehicle had to stay overnight unexpectantly) Rodney gave me a great deal! The shop made a mistake but its very clear based on the customer service I received that the staff at this institution really care about their clients. Major shout out to Rodney for being so helpful in getting my vehicle ready to leave town and make it in time to a friend's wedding!

The lift damaged my car. I showed them the damage right as the lift was taken off and they said to get an estimate and that they would pay it. Then the regional manager Wyatt has stopped responding and refused to pay the full amount that the collision place says that it cost. I do not want any money from them personally. I just want them to pay the repair shop for the damages. I wish I had never come here. It’s been two months and they still have not paid the collision place for the repairs to my car. What is more disappointing is the customer service. Plenty of other places where you can get tires without risking your car.
