I would give this place zero stars if I could.
I called ahead after my tire pressure warning came on. They told me that if I could get there within 5 minutes, they could fit me in. I told them it would take me about 10 minutes, and they said that was fine. I arrived in about 8 minutes. My car was taken into the shop after about 30 minutes, but after another 40 minutes with no update, I had to go to the front desk and ask what was going on.
I was then told the tire had a nail in the sidewall and that it couldn't be repaired, so I would need to replace the tire.
Something didn't feel right, especially because the tire had been installed by a different Mavis location, so I decided to get a second opinion instead of replacing it.
I went to Firestone, where they inspected the tire, showed me exactly where the nail was, and it was actually in the middle of the tread, not the sidewall. They repaired the tire without any issues.
Firestone may be more expensive, but based on my experience, they were honest, took the time to show me the actual damage, and only recommended the repair that was actually needed.
Based on my experience, I would not use this Mavis location again, and I wouldn't recommend it to others. If you're told you need a new tire, I'd recommend getting a second opinion first.

I came here to have an alignment done today. Unfortunately my car had more issues that was discovered during the visit, so I it couldn’t be performed today. I will say that Jessie provided me with excellent information on the issues that were discovered. Despite not leaving here with an alignment done, Jessie did provide me with excellent customer service!

The assistant manager, Yolanda was such a great help to me a couple weeks ago. She educated me, talk to me through my options, and made me feel comfortable and welcome. I was on a budget and worked hard to make sure that my budget was meant. If you’re lucky enough for her to be in the store, work with her!

Horrible experience unfortunately. I waited 4hrs for an oil change, was quoted at 119.00 for one old change and a coupon for a free tire rotation the offered online. I was brought up to the counter for him to tell me my cars up and proceeded to wait 2 more hours then when he gave me a discount said he was “being nice”. I would have appreciated honesty on the wait time which I was told would be an hour and 30minuets it was 4times that. They had 4 other people waiting and 1guy working on cars. When I got in my car the glove box was open and things on the floor, wasn’t handed my key until I asked. I’ll never go back.
