  Youlanda, Tim, Moose , and Mirsad team store 1034 THE ABSOLUTE BEST. The Manager from what I thought was the best Mavis branch said to come here but I thought it was too far so I went to another branch that was highly rated and they told me to come and see Youlanda, Tim and their Master Mechanic team. I will miss my apron-wearing 2nd Volvo Specialist. 😎‼️

  Ms. Yolanda was an excellent help for me during my visit for a new tire. She was welcoming once I arrived, and even assisted me to for the best deal possible to replace another tire I was not privy to! I will return because of her excellent customer service, and how well the teamwork had been to get the job accomplished! Thank you Ms. Yolanda and Mavis Team! :)

  All I can say is MY GOODNESS! Talking about customer service satisfaction wish I could give 10 stars.. Ms. Youlanda was sooooooo nice. She was very empathetic, she was eager to make sure we got what we needed. Everyone in this store deserves a raise. If you’re not having a good day and you stop by Mavis on Jimmy Carter, they’ll change that frown into a smile. This location is full of sunshine and smiles.. Thanks for taking care of us..   Tim went above and beyond to help me out when I needed new tires. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on getting me the best deal possible. He took the time to explain my options without any pressure and made sure I understood exactly what I was paying for. What really stood out was how much he worked to find me a great price—I ended up getting a deal that beat what I was expecting. On top of that, the whole process was smooth and efficient, and I never felt like just another customer. If you’re looking for someone honest who actually cares about helping you out, Tim is your guy. Highly recommend stopping by and asking for him.

  On 4/28/2026 I bought 37/12.50/R20 nitro trail grapplers ($2400 set) from Mavis. Youlanda was great. Paying for the tires was not the problem. The tire install was a disaster. Tires were installed on Wednesday, Thursday morning the front driver tire was flat. I brought it back to mavi’s the same day and they said the interior valve was installed wrong and they claimed they fixed it. Thursday leaving the shop I heard clicking coming from the tire and I brought it back to them after work and they said the weights were installed wrong. I waited 1.5 hours for them to correct but was informed it would be another hour before they could get to my truck and to just bring it back the next morning. The next morning, on the way to the shop the same tire came off of the rim on my way to mavis and I had to miss work so that I could remove the tire and bring it to mavis. They ordered a new tire that would take 2 days to ship and tried to say I hit something to cause the tire to come off of the truck. My custom rim was damaged, and my truck is misaligned now and they only offered $40 off of an alignment service. They also cut my wheel locks off and replaced with regular lug nuts with even asking for my lock key. Youlanda tried to help but the service manager Moustfa was extremely argumentative and unprofessional with her in front of customers. This is unacceptable in any way and I’m very disappointed. I do not recommend shopping or paying for any services at this location or at Mavis at all for that matter. I will be speaking with my lawyer regarding the damage to my rim and the alignment issues with my truck that Mavis did not feel that they were responsible for.
