When looking into the car it has a bad smell( (I had to buy air fresher for the car), left over food from previous driver, and stains on the seat belts/seats that left a foul smell. The customer service is okay but please check the car to make sure it’s clean before driving off. I’m also a mom of 4. So getting the car seats in the car was difficult. I had to basically pull out the latches from under the seats. I can’t even use the latch for one my car seats because the latch is stuck under the seat.
