  I mailed them my 2 piece driveshaft for my e46 6 speed. When I had called prior they said they were absolutely able to balance it no problem. There are no signs that it was balanced, no markings to the fresh paint I put on there, and definitely no change in the balance weights. Also they charged me $477.23 when they originally quoted me $160. They charged me for balance weights that they did not install. They charged me for a U-joint and labor to install it which was not installed. I know it was not installed because I painted the driveshaft prior to shipping it to them and it came back painted exactly the same there were no marks where work was done and the U-joint that was in there when I painted it had the same overspray on it. They also charged me labor to remove and install the CV joint. There was no CV joint to remove on the driveshaft as I had already pulled the old one off. I provided a new in-box CV joint, and they sent it back to me missing parts that I included, namely the gasket and end cap that I sent with the CV joint. Finally, my last gripe is that I included a note with my parts that detailed the work I wanted done and my contact info. When I called them a little over a week after having shipped the driveshaft to them, they said there was no note and didn't have any contact info for me to call and get payment. Thankfully I called and was able to get that info for them, however this was the first sign I had of their lack of care and professionalism when it comes to the work they do. All in all, I believe I was taken advantage of, by a shop who's owner claims to have been doing this for over 40 years, because I shipped my driveshaft to them instead of being there in-person. That's 40 years of experience in learning and knowing every way you can scam people and get away with it!

  The guys at driveline are very professional and nice. They kept me updated on the status of my car and are reasonably priced. I have an older car that I take care of but because of the mileage 296,000 thing go bad if you need differential service they will take care of you I will be using them again.
