La persona que me atendió me dijo que no me iba a hacer el cambio, le dije que por qué y me dijo que por qué no quería le dije que tenían entendido que con la factura me hacían la devolución del dinero o es cambio de luz me pidió que me saliera de la tienda y que ya me había dicho que no me iba a hacer ninguna devolución. Le pregunté que ella quién era y se representó como la manager de la tienda, el cual. En el momento que salí de la tienda, Le dije que esa no era manera de tratar a una clienta ella también salió y me empezó a insultar delante de mis dos hijas, me gritaba que no volviera a su tienda, El cual decide volver al carro, tomar el celular y grabarla. No he podido subir el video, la cual ella ya después no quiso dar la cara y entró a la tienda y se escondió en la oficina.

I have never walked into a store with 4 Hispanic co-workers and not ONE said hello, or how may I help you. One co-worker was already assisting someone, 3 was having a full blown conversation, one person was in front of me, thought she was a customer, come to find out she works there as well. I stood behind her for 5 mins, the other 3 said nothing, then she turns around and say, oh, I can take you over here…the hell was that! I wasn’t raised to be biased and treat certain people a particular way due to their color or because I don’t feel like working today. This was a horrible experience and to be honest, this has been going on too much here in Norcross.
